Wow! So much is happening today...I'm pretty drugged up, so I will do my best at personals right now. lol
Lauren1171...I cant believe AF...Wow! Sooo glad that you got ahold of the doc and are on some iron and are being watched carefully now. So scary. How did the SnS go? Will everything be okay for ER, even with the iron issues?
Crystal...
Congratulations on your twins!!! Wonderful news!! Oh gosh, no worries at all about the sizes being a couple of days off...perfectly normal. Zach was a singleton and always 3 days behind. Very normal. Congrats again!
Leora...Sorry I didnt post just a little bit sooner before you went off to bed...lol. My beta is also going to be Dec 16th...but you know me...I will call and have them let me do it on Monday the 13th instead at 14dpo...regardless of hpt outcome. But, I am an IVF bully and proud of it. lol

I bet they'll allow you to go on Thursday.
Ryann...I am soooo happy that you are FINALLY almost there. Woohooo!!!! My thoughts and prayers are with your dad, you, and your family. Remember to take it easy and try to find your happy place and keep as stress-free as possible this week. I am just like you...I am always counting ahead to my due dates, gender ultrasound dates, etc. lol Sooo glad that we will finally be able to be 2ww buddies.
Lou...Glad to hear that you spoke to your OB, but am still hoping the RE has something else to say about it. I am sorry that you are going through surgery. My prayers are with you. I agree with RIO get your DH some Mega Men vitamins from GNC and some CoQ10. Big Hugs.
Kbillsy...Ugh! Unfortunately, I think you may be right...converting to an IUI and/or waiting for a better cycle. Each month can be sooo different...next month might be wayyy better. I had the same problem as you last month...and this month it is much much better. You may want to wait till your next SnS and speak to the doc as well...before making such a tough decision though. Good Luck! Let us know what your E2 level comes back as today and keep us posted on everything. Saying lots of prayers that this cycle turns around for you...it can happen! PMA!
Margi...Keep up your PMA! It is still early girlie! I am hoping and praying for good news! Ki Ki the kitty stayed far away from my belly this time...we finally figured out what the deal was with him. I am embarrassed to say that when my ovaries get bigger during ER time and while pregnant...I tend to rest my hands on my belly...well, apparantly my fingers move alot while I am resting/sleeping according to my husband...and so being a kitten and all...he was attacking my moving fingers ...therefore pouncing on my belly...but just playing! lol Stupid, huh? But, I am glad that we finally figured out that he isnt possessed or anything. lol
Teresa...Thanks again for the pm's. You're a sweetheart.
Rio...Crazy dreams are a sign of a terrific pregnancy! So quit you're worrying. Heck, I'm not even pregnant and last night dreamt that I was given a shot of brandy in place of anesthesia!!! OMG, they werent even putting me under for ER! lol Then, they had to use my big left toe for the IV cause it was the only vein they could find. lol Then, one of my eggs fell from the tweezers that the doc was using to retrieve them and it fell on my bed next to my arm and she went to quickly regrab it and couldnt get it fast enough...and said "Oh darn, 10 second rule has passed...bummer, cause it was a good one, too." Oh and the egg...it looked just like one of those tan colored balls from on the salad bar at restaurants...gonzo beans, I think?...and it had this red dot inside of it...which was the egg. Weirrrd. So, uhm, yeah...they are just dreams. So quit worrying! lol Ok?
Cheri...How are you doing? Yes, you are being awfully quiet.
Stephanie...Good to hear from you! Thanks for the prayers for super eggs!
Chelle...Yayyy for starting stims! Your DH's response is sooo cute. Cysts happen sometimes...depending on your E2 level they either proceed or wait. I had one last month, but it was nothing...the same as yours is nothing to worry about. Progesterone levels are probably for after ER, right? My doc doesnt even believe in following progesterone levels. Dont worry about any of that right now...1 day at a time.
Karin...
OMG!!! WOOHOOOO!!!! CONGRATS ON AN AWESOME BETA!!! How many dpo are you?! Has to be twins! Or maybe tripletts...my friend had one split and ended up with 3 boys...2 identical and 1 fraternal. I thinks its pretty funny that you jumped on here to tell us before calling your DH! lol
AFM: Things went okay. They only had to stab me 4 times with the IV to find a good vein...actually 8 times, if you count the 4 shots of local anesthetic they used to get the IV into very painful areas of my knuckles, hands, wrists...just trying to find anywhere it would take. I told them my dream of them using my toe...and they told me they just might have to do that. lol

Last month they stabbed me 5 times or 10 counting the local...so this was a little bit better.

While they were stabbing me for the last time...the doc...the new doc whom I have heard horrible things about came in and introduced himself...and while he was shaking my hand, he sat down beside me and continued to hold my hand...and held it tightly while they finally got the IV into my knuckle of my other hand. Wow! I take it all back. That was very kind of him...because at this point...Bill was outside of my room....nearly passed out.
He got 5 eggs. We knew going in that I had 6 follies growing and that 5 of them were for sure (or should be) mature and that 1 may not be...unfortunately the 1 that may or may not be mature was in that group. So hoping and praying it was mature after all and that we have 5 mature, 5 fertilize, and 5 to transfer. Being realistic though...I am guessing that when they call me tomorrow that they will tell me that 4 were mature and 3 or 4 fertilized. Fingers crossed.
Oh by the way...I know it seems like I triggered quickly...but really I did stim for 8.5 days this time instead of 6.5 days (like in Sept, when I got pregnant/miscarried) and 9 days (in October)...so that is awesome...and I am feeling good about this cycle. This is the cycle that we jump started the follies...and then cut my dose after 2 days...and it seemed to work. We got follies all about the same size this time. I dont do bcp's and start the lupron at the same time (or the night before) the stims start...so my cycles are very close together. It's just my protocol.
My friend's little Zachary (just turned 1) is having that tumor removed early Wednesday morning...it is a little bigger than the size of a golf ball and in a very difficult area of his chest. I am sooo worried for him. I'll be praying hard for him and also for Ryann's dad that day.
Still feeling pretty queasy right now. They forgot to give me zofran while under...and didnt give it to me till after the nausea started...ugh. I hate ER days. I'd rather do weeks of PIO shots than deal with ER day. I think I will go get some rest now. Hope everyone has a terrific day.
