chris- as for symptoms, mine didn't start that early in any of my pregnancies.. they came and went from about 6 wks on until now... it drove me nuts when they subsided which was a terrible way to celebrate not feeling sick or exhausted !

rio, i'm due sept 17
margi- CONGRATS!!! i`m soooo happy for you!
lou- hmm. this exercise topic is an interesting one for me.. i`ve always been athletic, mind you, during ivf cycles, pregnancies, my miscarriage ect. i`ve taken some `breaks`.. with having my son, i tried to get `back into it`when he was 2 -3 months old... didn`t last long, and i just felt terrible about myself for it!! - so the lesson i learned for me, is with motherhood, breastfeeding, sleepless nights... i became more gentle on myself for not getting out as much as i would have liked.. sometimes when i had the opportunity to finally go to the gym- i just took time alone and did something else too.. as my son was almost 1 yr, i started getting back into it again, and then bam- i went back to work, which again, screwed with everything!! - and i only work part time.. but again, the lesson for me has been to be easier on myself, and trust that `the exercise will come`again when my life is more designed for it. i`m going to have a baby AND and toddler now,,, yikes! thank god breastfeeding burns 500 calories a day
