Hi ladies!

I am so stressed out already and I haven't even started stimming for real yet! My double dose of lupron is kicking my ass, I am exhausted, almost can't even keep my eyes open. I also think I am more emotional and edgey, bad news for my students and dh...lol

I went to RE today, he did my sounding (measure for transfer). everything looks fine he said. He said my ovaries look great, he expects lots of eggies. I asked him about the estrogen. He said it was too elevated this past friday, over 100. He said it needs to come down to around 50. I reminded him that last time I took lupron for supression it took almost 3 months for my e2 levels to get right. even with that reminder, he feels we will not be delayed. I asked them to take the estrogen via blood again today and call me with results tomorrow. Pray they are low. If not, I will porbably repeat blood on Thursday afternoon. I don't care what RE says or thinks, I know what happned last time and I am freaking out that I will get delayed! I am going to flip out if that happens! I am soooooo ready to get going already!

I will update again soon!

RedRiding- thanks for that info. That is really encouraging. I was getting a little worried about even going to our first appointment with an agency while we have FET scheduled. I have been reading all this stuff about the agencies really wanting to make sure that you have accepted your infertility before approving you to adopt and I was afraid that they would be unwilling to work with us if they knew we were going with one more biological try. Its funny though, I have talked to three clinics and all three seem like super eager to meet with us. One even mentioned they were "low on families" and were in need right now. I get the impression that they really want us as "customers". I know they will still do their due diligence, but it does help to know you started the process and were supported by the agency when you went on hold. Here is to both of us ending up on "hold" for awhile!

Heather- my heart aches for you but it is full of HOPE and PMA for you too. Welcome!

Nicskgam- I always hope for multiples too. Its like I am already attached to whatever they transfer and I have trouble rooting for only one of our embies to pull through!

Hi. Got room for one more?

I hope everyone is doing well and ready to be mommy's soon. Most of you know me...but for those of you who don't...Hi, I 'm Tammy. My siggy pretty much sums up my story. I'm unfortunately a veteran here...and cant seem to make it back over to the other side...but feeling confident that my time is coming soon. All of us will be on the other side...soon!

So...it looks like we are going to try yet again. AF was due today, but no sign of her at all. I'm guessing that ER will be approx April 9th...if AF shows on Thursday, at this point. If this cycle is a negative, we will try just once more in May (likely getting the results on my 43rd bday)...and then we are done.

As some of you know from my last cycle...we think we know why I keep getting pregnant and losing the babies sooo quickly...we found that my estrogen level was extremely low (53 instead of at least 800) and the patches were not being absorbed. My clinic does not believe in monitoring E2 levels after retrieval...but after my case, things may be changing. So, they will be monitoring my E2 levels closely now during the 2ww and after and will also put me on estrace vaginally 3x's a day. Hopefully, this will work.

For the past month while waiting out the last chemical...I have been on DHEA and CoQ10, hoping that just 6 weeks (by ER time) will be enough to help us out some. I had a dream last night that I got a very very dark second line on the hpt at 11dpo (the day I always start testing on) and that I was looking at multiples. lol

Bill and I finally got all of our genetic testing done (had insurance issues at first)...and almost all of the results are in now...and everything looks great so far. So...that is a huge relief.

I'm just ready to get this show on the road...so where is AF?! lol Anyone feel like dancing?

Personals as soon as I do some reading and catching up. Love to all. xoxo

Hi Tammy- I am honored to be cycling with you this month. I'll be a little behind you with an FET around 4/28. Your family is adorable!!! Prayers and best wishes for you adding to it this time around! You are one very strong and positive woman. I am pretty sure this second FET (only two fresh cycles) is all I can handle. FYI- I took estrace vaginally this last cycle twice a day. I am not convinced I absorbed it because I "passed" quite a number of what looked like partially dissolved pills after AF came. I am actually going to talk to the RE about that when we have our post BFN consult to see if he thinks I need to go back to taking them orally.

(Gross TMI, I know... but this is where we share such unusual info with women who may experience similar things).

Nurse said it wasn't anything to worry about, but that she had not heard of that before.

Hmmm so I will definitely do a little AF dance for you. Lets see...

Picture me in my kitchen doing shoulder shimmies and singing "Let's Get it Started in Here!"

Best of luck and baby dust to you!

Hi deftones- we are in this together. I am a week and a day past my BFN. :-( But this is our time!!! Like you I am also without tubes so we have a lot in common. :-) Of course I would prefer it for both of us if we simply shared a favorite color or a similar taste in music... ha ha.

Seriously- it can be hard to bounce back, but we are here for you!

Welcome! So sorry about your BFN, but like you said, this is a lucky board, so a BFP will be yours! I edited the calendar above, so you're all set!

WOW...It's getting difficult to keep up!!!

Well, I think I need an update soon....
I begin Injections on SATURDAY....Yeah (3/26)

I had my "med teach" class TONIGHT (3/22) where they explain how to mix & inject meds, etc.

I'm on the Gonal-F/Menopur cocktail: Anyone have any experiences with that? My estimated week of retrieval is 4/6-4/11
This is becoming so real right now.

Sorry I can not keep up with everyone's journey as work & commuting has gotten in the way of my availability. I wish everyone the best in their respective stages and I will take the time when I am on bed-rest to catch up a lil more.

PMA is KEY right NOW

Anyone trying an IUI with Follistim next month? Our doctor suggested IUI and we jumped on board! I know it only has a 17% chance of working, but I feel optimistic since DH's sperm analysis showed signs of improvement and the laproscopy went over well. Sometimes I feel like we're moving backward, but why jump in so deep when there might be other alternatives to try?
The only question my doctor really asked me was how many follicles did I want to grow? Crazy me is thinking at least 5!
