Amanda - looking good!
Stephanie - congrats! GD isn't the end of the world, but it's better without! Enjoy a celebratory piece of fruit!
Margi - phew! Thank goodness. My cousin had twins 3 years ago - boy/girl, vaginal delivery at 38+weeks. That's my dream, but I doubt I'll make it. It's nice to remember that these things can happen! I hope you are doing well, and NO MORE BLEEDING!
Crissy - I'm keeping myself on 'house rest' even though my high risk OB says it's not necessary. After all we go through to get pregnant, I want to do anything I possibly can to help - even if it's just in my mind. Feel good
Lou - congrats! 2nd trimester! If you divide 40 weeks into 3 - technically 13w3d and a few hours is the switch over - but most people decide somewhere between 12-14 weeks - so 13 is good! You are looking great! I feel the same way you do - not really showing yet, but *I* feel the difference. I also love the shoes!
Barbara - I hate that people probably assume I'm a public drunk when I puke in public. But this was about noon on a weekday! I feel like wearing a T-shirt that says "Pregnant, not drunk". I made DH promise that if he ever sees someone throwing up in public, to go over and make sure they are okay.
Gina -I'm also picking my OB and hospital based on the fact that these twins are likely to come early (but hopefully not super-early!). I hope your meds stop the contractions and you feel better!
Mellow - I hope little Claire is catching up! I hope you find a way to celebrate Johnny's birthday in a way that makes you feel okay. Sometimes the lead up to the one-year mark can be harder than the day itself. Big hugs.
Ryann - yay! I'm so glad the anatomy scan went well. Still a boy and a girl? No one decided to switch sex?
Karen (scorpio)- Congrats on passing the point where you went into labor last time. I can understand how bittersweet that is.
mykel - Welcome! I also lost twins (boy/girl) in December 2009 at 22 weeks. I'm sorry for your loss, but happy to see that the new little one is doing well!
Karen (vancouver) - I definitely have that 'extra padding', so Im not too worried that I can't pick up the hbs yet --- hopefully I'll have plenty of time to play with that!
AFM - we had our u/s this morning. Abdominally - which is a new thing!

No more 'dildo-cam'! (well... until cervical checks...) Both babies are doing great - measuring 9w3d and 9w4d -- which is great! And they MOVE now! Too funny! Little twitchings and spasms - everytime she would try to take a picture to measure them, they would wiggle away!

yay!
OB appt on Thursday.
