First off, congrats to all the BFP's!!!! What a magical feeling! Enjoy it =)

To all of those in the 2ww: Ugh. SO hard. But hopefully it goes by fast and you aren't googling every symptom you feel in hopes of distinguighing a pregnancy symptom from a PIO shot symptom Hope your BFP's come soon!

Dallas: yay for your 20 embies! looks great!

nicksgam: I'm sure it will double. You may have a vanishing twin or just a late implanter =) I've seen it a lot on these board!

Addy: thirst is a side effect from the progesterone. Pretty much everything you feel will be from the PIO shot. That's why the 2ww is awful =(

easley: sounds like you have a wonderful PMA. Keep it up, girl =)

AFM: thought my baseline u/s was last week, but I guess it was today. So many sns's! Everything looks good. Cyst is so small (1 cm) that it's not an issue. 14 follicles are there (15 is average--I've always been on the low side =) ) . . . have to go in for another u/s on sunday with some b/w to check my estrogen level. Hope to start stimming on Monday, which puts my ER at 5/12 and ET at 5/15 (I always do 3dt) . . . my daughter's BD party is 5/14, so it's perfect timimg! Family will be in town to help with the baby and help with me! Everything is coming together for this cycle! I have a great feeling!

Not sure which one to join: April/May or May/June. Then I saw a lot of people I met during my previous cycle in this thread so I decide to stay in this one. Anyway, I hope that I can cycle again in May. For the people I haven’t met before, here is a short story about my IVF treatment. I have had 3 IVFs so far. All BFNs. My last one was in January. I used the GnRH antagonist protocol with different kinds of FSH for these IVFs. After my last IVF, I shopped around for a second opinion because I was very disappointed at the outcomes. The new clinic repeated the same tests; the second opinion is the same as the old clinic: the long GnRH agonist protocol. They hope to get more mature eggs with a longer stimulation period. For convenience, I stayed in my old clinic.

Here I am now. I started Suprefact nasal spray two weeks ago and had echo and blood work today. Apparently, it is not good. My lining is not thin enough and the doctor found follicles in my ovarian. She ordered a hCG injection to remove follicles and had me to continue the nasal spray for two more weeks.

Thought I would chime in to this thread, my scheduled FET transfer is May 12th, this will be my 3rd FET cycle, the other 2 failed. My Ivf back in 2007 was successful so after many attempts with FET this will be our final fertility treatment of any kind. To emotional to keep going and I am as hopeful as ever but wont be surprised if this one fails as well...Just trying to think positive thoughts! Good luck and many babies to all of you in the same boat as me this month!

Kerri- I`m on my 4th try as well. On the last 3 I did superfact injections, and this one is micro-dose superfact injections. Not sure if a switch is possible, but maybe it would help (changing from nasal spray to injections) I hope you get to start soon.

Deftonesmo- Glad your Sns went well. Hope your ER / ET stay on schedule so that you can enjoy the party.

AFM- US went well today. 7-10 follies on each ovary. Had a great day today. Went for massage and a nice walk in the woods with DH. Next check is on Friday. Not sure when ER will be. I`m signed up to attend a FASD conference next week, hopefully the timing will work out and I`ll still able to go.

Add me to crazytown 2ww. Had our last frosty come back home today. Beta will be the Monday after Mothers Day which means I'll probably poas on Mothers Day. Not sure how I feel about that.

Started fragmin today. Anyone have any tips for making it not so painful???

Its with a sad and very heavy heart that I have to report my BFN. I woke up this morning 9dp5dt bleeding. Im not sure what went wrong. Instead of driving the 2 hours to get blood work they called in an order to my local labcorp and so needless to say I didnt get a call back but the bleeding speaks for itself. 2 days from now it will be 11 months since Ive lost Aimee and had 1 failed FET and now a fresh IVF attempt that have failed. The FET I can understand because transferring 1 single blast for my age is nothing but a pipe dream. 2 blasts, well I asked for 3 and I allowed my doctor to convince me that it was dangerous for my age (2 months from being 38) to do 3 perfect blasts. A decision I regretted from the transfer. This was extremely hard to go through with my husband being in a combat zone. I think that may be where I went wrong. I didnt factor in the stress that I was going to be under with him gone. All this sadness aside, I do have 5 blasts to work with in the coming months. Im not sure if I want to find another doctor or really what to do. Right now I just want to get my husband safely home next week!
