Okay ladies- I am officially the mayor of crazytown. Quick question...

Margi- I know you've had an ectopic with IVF. What were the signs of your ectopic? I have a positive HPT, spotting (red, brown, and pink), and a lot of cramping...particularly on the left side. I'm so worried thAt this is going to be ectopic!!!

AFM ~ Just waiting for my u/s and of course POAS everyday. And wondering what DH has planned for me for Mother's Day, he is the worst at holidays and birthdays. But in all honesty being pg is gift enough for me.

This is going to be the most amazing Mother's Day for you...well, no, maybe next year will be a little more exciting with your baby (ies?!?) in your arms!!!!!!!! I have tears of joy for you and DH. See? Sticking to your dream?!!??? It is now a reality!!!! Go get that beta!!! ( I have so been waiting to give you this blinkie )

Wishing and Hoping: I would definitely go for an early beta if I were you. The first indication of ectopic that I had was improperly rising betas. I was in a lot of pain at the time because of my severe OHSS, so it wasn't clear that I was having ectopic pain--until my tube ruptured at (nearly) 9 weeks. THAT was some serious pain. There are lots of other (good) reasons for aches and pains...especially after IVF--your ovaries for one. I had a lot of discomfort early with this pregnancy and all was "normal". My ovaries are still swollen...and my Left one still causes me discomfort. And there is a lot of stretching and ligament pain that can start really early as your uterus prepares for your little one. And bleeding, unfortunately, is not that uncommon as well. If I were you I would get a beta soon, and then another in 2 days to reassure yourself. Then get a u/s scheduled around 5 to 6 weeks to verify that you have a sac in the uterus. Congratulations!!!!!!! This process is fraught with things to worry about unfortunately. But, most are outside your control--which I think only makes things more difficult. The best you can do is try to relax. Take extra care of yourself--don't overdo it!! Try to focus positive energy and make sure that your RE monitors you well.

AFM- 9 fertilized, yeah! I was so nervous making the call, now I'm praying that they'll divide nicely. Will get more info on transfer tomorrow. My belly\s still sore from yesterday so I'm heading back to bed.

I was starting to feel like my follies were not growing. This cycle I dont feel as much going on.. but I guess I am feeling it a little more now. Maybe I am just not feeling as much because I have gained like 10 pounds since last cycle in January and I an already a little thick. Anyone else not feel much during stims and have a BFP. I went Monday and my follies were only around 10 so maybe tomorrow will be MUCH better when I do the US.
