I am srating to worry. My dr has me still stimming until Thursday. I started the stim meds on the 25th. That makes me on meds for 14 days already. I do have a few that are like 14 in size but the other ones are growing slow. I hope its ok.

Bad news. Test was a 2. The tears are rolling. Hate my next option of moving away from my family to have it covered. Not sure what we'll do next.

Indigofire,
IVF sometimes can be a rollercoaster- even with uncertainty and feeling somewhat lost, but we do know we have to stay strong to reach our dreams...Sometimes it may mean re-evaluating our plan and trying something new, but time can also heal and bring us new hope!
I know someone posted something about IVF being cheaper overseas, but not sure about how all that would work. I don't know how moving away to try IVF would help honestly...That might be something as a last resort. But if you feel up to it you might like to check out the IVF Refund Program that I posted on the Summer board with payment options it may sound promising...
Sending you a big warm, fuzzy bear hug-

I live in Ontario Canada and in Quebec, our neighbouring province, they cover 3 rounds of IVF for free with the caveat of single embryo transfers. That's why moving away would make it affordable for me. And right now I'm in school and I can do my placements on the border of Quebec. But I'd be 4-5 hours away from my family.

Not sure what we're going to do.

I see IndigoFire, it's good that you do have that option...4-5 hours sounds like quite a distance and I know it would be a commute if you wanted to drive it-- but that could be an idea if moving would be too emotionally hard. How often would you go for appointments, maybe 3 times a week at the most?
But if you decided to move...Do you know someone who lives in Quebec that you could room with? It would make it easier and more affordable if you could room with someone. Sorry if I'm being too personal but how would they get a sample of dh?

Hi ladies,

Hope everyone is well.

So sorry to those horrible BFN :(

Big congrats to those BFP - well done! :D

AFM - Me and DH went for our first u/s today and we are very pleased to say that there was 1 very healthy heartbeat! We are due on Christmas Day! It was such an amazing feeling seeing the heartbeat! I have never been so scared and excited in my life! Everything is perfect. Of course it's early days and we are still being careful, but for us this is a massive achievement - we have never gotten this far so we are enjoying every minute of it!

I want to say a massive Thank You to all you ladies that prayed and sent us sticky baby dust - you did a wonderful job! :D Having you guys has really helped me through this IVF cycle. I am so grateful.

I wish you all the very best in your cycles/treatments. You are wonderful strong ladies.

Take care x x x x

My beta was friday and it was a BFN so I'm done. I'm devastated & depressed. Don't know what to do next. Congrats to all the BFP's and lots of baby dust to all still in the process. I hope you get your baby.

Congrats on the good betas today ladies.

Heidi- I live in northern lower Michigan, 30 minutes from the Mackinaw bridge. It's a wonderful place to live and work and the gorgeous weather has provided me with quite an amazing day of bed rest (AKA lounge chair rest). I do have a touch of sunburn though, but after scouring the Internet I think it's fine. I never got too hot and drank lots of fluids so my embies should be a okay. It's the first time after a long winter that we have really been able to spend time outside so I think the psychological benefits outweigh the risks.

AFM-

Funny thing...last transfer I was such a nervous wreck in the 2ww. This time I was resolved to be happy and relaxed. So I sat outside all day and watched stand up comedy on my iPad. Hope all the belly laughing didn't jar my embies!

Indigo- like I told you on the other board, my heart aches for you. Here for you if you need us. More big hugs and prayers to you and DH.

Mrice- I am so very sorry hon. Praying for you as you deal with the pain.

Really Quick....

Hello Ladies! I know it's been a lil' while since my last post. I've been reading and keeping up with everyone...just been quiet these days. I am impatiently waiting my ultrasound...it's killing that it's 8more days away....Dang!

Indigo: sorry to hear of ur disappointment & possible move to make your family happen. I wish you the best.

mrice: sorry about the BFN... wishing you the best.

Wishingandhoping, NWquiz, Vicki, Margi: Hang in there you're doing great ladies...I'm praying our babies continue to develop and thrive!

I'm heading to bed now...(yes it's early but I've been exhausted lately and have to go to bed by 8pm to make it thru the work day  . I get in at 6pm, eat & shower by 7:30 and by 8pm I'm prayed up & in the bed!)

Baby dust to all!!!

Ladies, I sure have one sore behind. The injection site in my right behind is SORE. I have a knot the size of an egg! I have been on a combo of heat and ice since I got home. Only slight improvement. I think me walking for 12hrs straight is bad for them. When I am off they are sore, but not swollen. Any advice???
