Tomorrow is my second beta hoping yo have a double.
You know girls using pregnancy test is really like an illegal drugs
Since i knew i am pregnant i keep on using hpt its insane!
But yet it gives me joy everytime I saw those two lines getting darker everyday
This morning I got the most darker one! I hope to have a nice beta tomorrow!

Nicksgam- the best thing you can do for your baby right now is to stay positive. We are praying for you. Stay strong!!!

Anton- I wish I had time to go crazy!!! I am so swamped at work right now getting ready to leave for a two week trip that sometimes I forget I might be pregnant. Fortunately I have remembered prior to downing hard liquor to take the edge off at work.

Lol...kidding. I'm a wine drinker!

AFM- at a lonely dinner away from home tonight for a meeting tomorrow and on my iPhone so that's all I've got for now. Sending supportive and positive vibes to you all

Blissful- I'm sorry that work has been stressful. I had a very stressful time at work after my ET, but still got my BFP! Just try to de-stress as much as possible after work!

AFM- Next beta tomorrow...fingers crossed. Still a little bleeding, but better overall. They switched me from the PIO shots to progesterone suppositories twice a day. These suppositories are really nasty. I don't know how much actually stays in, but they'll check my progesterone again tomorrow.

WishingandHoping- It helps if you lie down for 20 - 30 min after depositing the progestrone. I use the time to meditate.

Nancy- Glad your u/s went well and I hope your blood preasure lowers. Dont know about that stich thing, never heard of it....Your PMA is looking good and that's the spirit! I am doing the AF dance for you!

Nicksgam- I believe is too early for a heartbeat honey. Just stay positive and everything will be fine! Your little baby is growing just fine! I wish you a strong llittle heart beat next week!

Texasgal- Hang in there! needle pokes are all for a good cause! Once you get that BFP you will totaly forget about them! Be strong you are getting there!

Deftonesmo-Yay for triggering! ER tomorrow will be great! I wish you the best of luck with your follies! Are you planning on a 3dt or 5dt? if you do a 5dt we will be the same day as my FET! next Wed on the 18th!

Smoon-I can only imagine how those two lines excite you and bring you joy! ...I am looking forward to see mine! ...I wasn't blessed so far...but hey! you know you are pregnant! so quit that HPT habbit of madness!

Blissful- Its a good thing to keep your self busy and forgetting that you are pupo! Good luck with everything my friend! Your BFP is getting closer! If I am not mistaken you will get it a day after my FET!

Heidi- When is your beta girl?

AFM- we had a lovely night last night with my DH he made BBQ and we watched a couple of episodes of "In Treatment"...He told me that he might not make to the FET next Wed. They start exams next week at the University and he cannot reschedule that day He is a professor and he can't not be there. if it was a class he could cancel but exams are diferrent. He is feeling bad about this and so do I b/c he never missed a transfer and the transfer is a very special moment to be there. I will ask my RE when I go tomorrow for my u/s appt if we can make the FET early morning so that my DH can be there and then take me home and go to class. Exams start at 11am so at least 10:50am he has to be there. The clinic is 30min from our house and the Univesity is 10-15min from the University. Worse case senario I am going to ask for my best friend if she can come with me. I wouldn't choose any other person to be there with me than her. I hope we can make it early morning so that my DH can make it. If not then I know he will have us (my and snowbabies) in his thoughts and sending us sticky vibes ...I am making meat loaf in the oven tonight with ricve and salad on the side. I like to programe the menu from the morning so get prepared ...Don't know if you remember (my winter cycle buddies) telling you that on the 25th June my DH and I we are going to be Godparents to a baby girl called Eleni (Helena in English) She is the daughter of my DH favorite cousins in London (UK). She is going to be our 5th godchild (i've got 3 from b4 we got officially together and he's got 1. And recently our best man had a baby girl and asked my DH to be the Godfather. so that will make it a total of 6 Godchildren! ...You can imagine the Xmas gifts we buy for them! We adore them all!!!! ...So, for the Christening in June, if Iam pregnant I am not going (Please God let that be it!!!!) my DH isist that we are not risking any travelling on my 7th week of pregnancy. (this is how far I am going to be by the Christening ) If I am not, then we've already booked our tickets and I am going. Anyway, I need to buy the gift for the guest attending the christening and I ve been doing a lot of searching these days!. The theme of the christening is going to be Butterflies. so after a lot of reasearch I 've come up with this idea. In Cyprus we have this traditional sweet made with fruits and they make it in the form of somekind of Jam syrop with the fruits untaked. is very very delishious ...and fatening! . So I found this lady that makes then in a village and the idea is to put this sweet in small jars and decorate the top with a lace or something and stick a butterfly on top...well something like that. I will post a pic when I make the sample. It's better in real that how I describe it. So, the idea is that we as the godparents we bring something from our country which is a traditional sweet for our Sweet Goddaughter and that we wish for her all the sweetness in the world and when she is sad or troubled she will open the jar and eat a bit to sweet the bad away and make her happy again....well that's my idea... I haven't told her mother my idea yet, I want to finish it and show it to her in skype. Even though this Gift (we call it bomboniera) is up to the godparents taste I want her to like it too. OMG I got carried away talking again!!!!! sorry!!! Gotta run row!!

AF is here so my FET will remain on schedule. Whew! I've been taking my blood pressure with our cuff thing we have at home. It's been on the high end of normal but has never gotten high like it was in the office. I'm still going to go to my regular doctor. My mom and dad both have high BP and my maternal grandmother had it. It's something I don't want to mess around with.

Nancy ~ Yeah for AF!!! My husband hates going to the doctor which can raise his blood pressure. So maybe all the stress of IVF has your blood pressure on the high side of normal.

Anton ~ I hope your clinic can get you in early so DH can be there; it is such a special time. Wow those bombonieras sound absolutely beautiful, looking forward to seeing the photos.

Wishingandhoping ~ Ton of doubling beta vibes for today!!! As for the progesterone I have only ever taken suppositories (endometrin) and have found that if you wear a panty liner it is much better.

AFM ~ I should start out saying by nature my husband is a pessimist. When we found out we had MF he wanted a divorce, I told him that we could get pregnant through IVF and we would have a baby. I pretty much kept him in the dark with our 1st cycle and we were blessed with the most amazing baby boy. Afterwards I let him know how lucky we were to have success on the first try. He thought that you do IVF and get a baby done deal. So this time around I filled him in a little more, not so sure it was a good idea. To my surprise after we didn't see the HB he joked it must be a girl since it was drama with the beta not doubling right away and now no HB yet. Well his tune changed when I got home from work. He told me that we need to give up on this pregnancy and throw in the towel for IVF. We need to come to terms that will we be a family of three. On the upside I haven't given up on this baby yet and if this baby for some reason doesn't make it we are lucky that our insurance will cover 4-5 more cycles. Even though my DH is a pessimist there is no doubt in my mind that he would not continue IVF if that is what I want. And in his own way he is absolutely wonderful.

2ND BETA...... 606! Im very excited. I have been so sick with this cold/fever, I was very worried about what my results would be this morning. I asked if I could come in again on Monday, just to ease my mind since I have been worried that my fever would cause damage. They said absolutely! My u/s is on 26th. I did mention to them that it is wierd that "number" wise I am more pregnant than my last time, but having hardly any symptoms. The RN said that happens alot of times with ladies with donor cycles and they dont know why.

AFM i dont know why but like smooch said those sticks are like a drug. so i must say am still addicted and the only reasuarance i get is to see that second line appear. i mean i try to resist but i find myself peeing on the sticks just to make sure there is still a line. Men this 2ww for the ultrasound sucks worse than the actual 2ww for beta.

Nicksgam- I totally understand what you are saying about your DH. My DH is too by nature not so positive... I am the one that even if something/situation is black, I will find the grey in it. Like your DH's MF same with mine. My DH thought too that we do ivf and we bring home a baby. How naive We weren't so lucky like you guys with the first attempt and still waiting for that miracle. This is our 6IVF and 1st FET and hopefully we will make it and my DH gets to be a father this time ...You will hear that little heart beat nexct week and you will prove your DH wrong! That baby inside you is a fighter and his/her daddy better start believing My prayers are with you my friend!

AFM- Meat loaf and rice ready! I better make the salad now and wait for DH come home for dinner we are watching the second semi final of the Eurovision Song contest tonight (if you ever heard of it ) I hate the Cyprus song and I love the Greece song and other of course...Saturday is the final contest and we are invited to my SIL to watch it with friends. we are having a mexican night! Yummy! I love fajitas! and my SIL makes them delishious! we are all (especially the girls) super eurovision fans and every year we gather to each others house (last year was ours) and have a dinner party while waching the contest. we even get a pen and a paper each one and everyone makes his/her's top 5 list I know! its childish but hey! we can't be serious all the time! Life is too short to be only serious and not do crazy/stupid things sometimes! right! besides, while trying to make our own children we need to find or not loose the child within us! well that's my idea...
