jmbella- Ive never had any spotting with my cycles. I do always get a little white discharge (tmi) just before time for my betas. The nurse said this is a sign of implantation too.

Hey ladies.. for the ones that remember me... its been a couple of months since my failed IUI. I have been following our pregnant buddies from the fall group - Lou, Margi, Leora, etc. - and now I hear nwquiz you are pregnant!!!! I am SOOOO excited for you!!!! Anton... you are NEXT lady!!! I am sending you lots of baby dust and good baby vibes for your frozen babies!!!!

I have given up, and haven't even tried... I mean its been 5+ weeks since DH and I even, well you know. We've been busy and not "in the mood". I am still in shock that my IUI didn't work with 6 mature follies. Oh well, no sense dwelling on the past. I am looking for the future and lots of travel planned. If I happen to get lucky in the process, then woohooo, but I'm not worrying about it right now. I've thought about another IUI this summer, but I turn 45 in July and I think my chances are flying out the window as we speak.

I just wanted to stop in and say hello. I am so happy for all of you to be pursuing your dreams and pray that you get lucky!

cjinnc- girl i always think about you and thanks so much for checking in on us. Yes i finally got my BFP and we are very happy about it. thanks to you guys, that was a nice group of ladies we had. this board is also wonderful. Anton is still here with me since i have not moved over yet, waiting for first ultrasound first to be sure.
ASU i hear you on wanting to try again, we always have that feeling, remember i thought we were done then got convinced last minute to try again, i did all that last minute dilation etc and nowlook at me. If you try this summer just know i will be ter to cheer you up. at least when you go in you go all in.i went in with 8 this time, so i wonder how many are cooking. so dont let age be an issue as long as you make some follicles that is what matters.

Nicksgam,
Yes, I take over the injection now. It is easier this way. No complain :D
Anton,
Just like yours, my ER said 1,5 ml for 4 vials. You are right, we will be laughing when talking to our children about this. Like your PMA :)

Deftones- great fert report. Fingers crossed for a 5dt for you!

SD- I was reviewing my last post tonight and realized I never said thanks for the encouragement. Keep the stalking coming lady! I really feel that despite all the crazy, dumb stuff I have done on this cycle (sunbathing, bathing, stress, heavy lifting, lack of sleep) this might be it. Any child of mine just isn't happy stitting around on bedrest and having an easy life. Maybe this is exactly what I needed.

Ladies- school is crazy cool...except it was super weird to be in an accounting class on a Sunday. Whatever get's us home soonest works for me. There is no rest for us wicked bankers anyway... :D

Anton- Like everyone else I love your posts. Getting closer my friend!

Have a GREAT night ladies. Best of luck to everyone this week. It is going to be a BIG week full of great news and lots of BFPs.

Bliss

Well, since I have been so sick with this cold i had asked my RE office if I could come in for another Beta today to reassure my mind. And of course it was torture waiting for that call. But, everything was GREAT! My beta was 3560! My RE called herself, I guess she thought I would bully the nurse into letting me do another one this week, lol. I have 10 days til my U/S!!! What a great bday present for me today!!!

Hey ladies - just wanted to drop in and say hi! I'm glad to see all of the bfps and amazing beta numbers - congrats to all you soon to be mommas!!

Blissful - you have way more willpower than I ever will! I have a hard time not POAS - I can't even imagine holding off on getting my beta results, but given your situation I think it does make sense so you aren't distracted either way from your dinner.

Kerri - definitely easier to do your own injections. There are a few that my husband has to help with but I definitely prefer doing them myself on the ones that I can.

Anton - so excited for you that your babies are coming home on Wednesday! You are almost pupo and soon to be pregnant! Sorry to hear your husband will not be able to be there - I'm sure you will do just fine with the help of your friend.

Deftonesmo - great retrieval and fertility report!! good luck with your transfer!

AFM - I've been keeping up on the posts the past couple of weeks and have been keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers. I've been traveling for work though so it has been hard to find time to post too. We heard back from our clinic that we cannot apply the credit we have for 1 IVF cycle to a donor cycle. I'm going to try to follow up with the doctor as I think this is ridiculous that they are saying our chances are so low with my eggs but then they won't let me apply the cycle I've already paid for to the costs for a donor cycle. It just doesn't make sense - if I've paid for a retreival and a transfer, what difference does it make if I do the retrieval or the donor does? I'm happy to pay the additional costs related to the donor eggs but I don't think I should have to pay the full amount of a donor cycle on top of what I've already paid for this last IVF cycle. I'm really annoyed with my clinic right now! So part of my protocol the past few cycles has been clomid and I had a Rx with refills on it... so for the next couple month or two we are just going to be trying on our own with the assistance of clomid and hoping it works :D If not then we will be doing one more cycle - with my eggs again if they are really not going to give us a credit, or possibly with donor eggs if I can talk some sense into them. We'll see!

Wow!!! I am triggering tomorrow night at 10:30. Its about time. Stimming for 3 weeks is wayyyyyy too long. I have 9-10 eggs good size. 20's, 18's. 16's and 15's and one lonely 13. No med's tonight since my E2 is really high ( 6,000 something) but triggering tomorrow and retreival is 9 am on Thursday. Wish me luck!
