Anton - i am so sorry! i am really sorry you have to go through this. i am glad you are going to keep trying - maybe a few more cycles and hopefully that will result in a BFP! and of course there are other options like donor sperm - maybe your RE can consult you on that.

Anton- Our hearts go out to you as you deal with this...especially finding out the news alone! I'm so sorry. You definitely deserve to have a child and I cannot believe that you haven't yet. I don't pretend to understand why any of us are in this situation, but I pray there is a purpose behind it and God or the universe will give you your family. Stay strong.

Deftones- that is a GREAT number! Congratulations! Hmmmmm...twins maybe? You must be so anxious for Tuesday.

It seems that a lot of ladies are doing pretty well. I hope that I will celebrate my BFN soon, too. The lab called on Wednesday to schedule my ET. Similar to my previous treatments, only 7 out of 14 eggs were mature for ICSI. 4 out of 7 were fertilised and 4 grew to embryos. Because the number of embryos was low, they recommended a 3 day transfer; to transfer 3 good embryos on Thursday (26/5) and to keep the less good one monitored until Saturday (i.e. day 5).

Now there are 3 beautiful embryos growing in my uterus. I feel great and very positive. I really think this will be it! Beta on 7 June.

Congrats on being PUPO Kerri!!!!! Fingers crossed for your lonely little single as well. Hope it makes it to blast. Of course you won't need it right away because you are sure to have a BFP soon.

I wished you lived down here in Florida, so you could join me for some freshly brewed peach tea, it would be so therapautic. More than anything I wanted to express how sorry I am to read your latest update. We all have been there, and don't you apologize for being let down, we understand how you are feeling tonight, this is very emotional. I do commend you for going ahead and calling the RE and setting up an appointment to help you move forward. It may take donors to make something happen, (as it may be that way for us too), but I do know oneday we are going to get that BFP, because we are strong and determined! So come on over and join us on the Summerboard when you're ready to! So many of our precious cycle buddies already have and personally I loved your PMA and fun reading stories of Happy and thoughtful romantic dinners with dh. Anton- I am SO sorry that you are going through another BFN. I have certainly been there, and there is no easy way to get past the disappointment. You are going to get your BFP one day soon. You are most certainly meant to be a mother. I am absolutely convinced that we will all have the children that we are meant to have. You and your DH have such an amazing relationship and so much love to share with the children that you WILL have. Please know that you are in my prayers.

Anton ~ I am so sorry, I am in shock I just can’t believe it ((((HUGS)))). I know that you are a strong woman and you have what is takes to get through the IVF rollercoaster and you will get your miracle baby (I am pulling for you to get twins on your next cycle). I felt so much better after I met with my RE and we talked about my next cycle and what we are going to do differently, it just good to have a plan. So it is a good idea to see your RE. My RE told me to take 25mg of DHEA three times a day; I guess it is starting to be used more. I didn’t get the impression that she believes all the hype of DHEA, but she said it would hurt you so it’s worth a try. So sorry you are alone, but you are not alone in spirit we are all thinking of you.

Can anyone give me some feedback on how soon you start to bleed after you stop the progesterone? They want me to continue with everything until the ultrasound. Long and sad weekend.

Anton-I really felt sad after reading your post. I'm sorry you have to go through this all over again. But know this u're not alone. Hope you can start your next cycle. My prayers goes to you....

I can't mention everyone but congratulations on those who got +HPT BFP! and for those who got their first U/S!
My heart is cheering for all of you guys!

As for me... Last Sunday I got spotting but it was brown blood but it stops after like 2 hours but then we have to check so went to the hospital and checked. There's nothing about to worry but there's a small clot they saw. And this morning I got like spotting again but it's more like red. So I panic and went to the hospital again. The doctor said they can't explain what's the cause but the clot they saw last week got a bit bigger so I have to be more careful.

And so my triplets were confirmed. They all have heartbeats now. The one has a size of 0.99cm, 0.97cm and 0.95 the sac which has one yolk sizing 2.61cm and the other one is 2.65. I felt so much joy after receiving my first ultrasound copy. I never imagine it would be so wonderful to see them like that like a dot in my tummy hehehe....

Yes i totally did take a strict bed rest. From the day after my ET until my beta day. Plus I drank 1.5 litre of water everyday it helps to your body too. And try to eat plenty of fruits. Your HPT is too early to detect as you said your ET was only just last Monday then you took HPT Friday? Thats only 4dp if im not mistaken. When I took HPT I did it on my 8dp and I got fainted line. So dont panic. Stay calm stay positive dont yhink too much coz stress is ur number1 enemy on IVF.

Hey gals, I know I've been quiet but its bcuz I've been so busy lately. There are 5 graduations going on in my family this year and my parents always crash at my house which I don't mind normally but with all this fatigue, I can't keep my house as tidy as I like for company so it is starting to feel like another job! Not something that I enjoy. Besides that, I fell yesterday while trying to cross a busy Bklyn st. at lunch. The asphalt was uneven, I didn't notice it, twisted my ankle really bad, I have some damaged ligaments, but I fell on my right side, so when I went to the doctors at the urgent care, where I live,the doc said that bcuz I feel on my side the baby is fine. He said at my stage there is a lot of protection and cushion for the baby and if I am not experiencing any sharp pains or cramps that he doesn't want to send me to the ER for a sono bcuz their sono tech was gone for the eve. Of course I was upset that I cudn't get a quick sono just so I see my juju beans hb for my own sanity. They did try the doppler but did inform me that it may be impossible to detect the heartbeat w/ a doppler at 8wks. We tried & couldn't find one. Honestly, I feel like I fell and landeed on an angel! I have no soreness at all on my right side, the powder blue shirtt I was wearing was clean & no skid marks, I wore capris and I have no knee injury or scrapes. If it wasnt for my bandaged ankle, I would have thought it was all a dream. The doctor said I could come back today and he can call in thee sono tech but I dont think thats necc. besides, If I were going to miscarry there wouldn't be a thing they could do for me to prevent it. I know a doctor that can do amazing things. I know GOD didn't bring me this far to leave me now. I have faith that the blessing he gave me is fine. I have my last appt. & sono with my fertility Doc this wedds the 1st. He will be releasing me to my ob/gyn and I wikk be able to see that the baby is just fine then! What a series of events!







Anton: I'm so sorry to hear about your BFN I pray that God will give you and DH the strength to go on & plan your next journey.

I can only imagine how you feel, I am so worried about the fact that my beta didn't quite double even though my clinic is happy with the results. I know it must really hurt to be so excited and then disappointed.
