As for the pumping... my colostrum took four days to come in, so DO hang in there. When it finally does, you'll feel like a champ!
Congrats again, girl! Welcome to twin mommyhood! Now the fun begins!
I'm pumping and supplementing. I tried nursing, but both of my sons are "tongue suckers" according to our lactation consultant. Basically their tongues are always locked up on the roof of the mouth. Which makes for exceptionally sore, tore up nipples for mommy!FrecklesDC wrote:Hello everyone. I just wanted to upload a few pictures of the family that we took on Saturday. I didn't do any maternity pics so I could do these! LOL!![]()

I hope everyone is doing great. We are on freakin' cloud 9....I could not imagine it would feel this way. I don't mind in the least getting up at 3am to feed him or changing 15 poopie diapers a day. It's such a blessing. I will definitely write my birth story as soon as I have a moment. Is anyone else out there pumping breastmilk and supplementing formula due to latching issues? I wanted to exclusively breastfeed but due to his high levels of bilirubin, he didn't latch well so I'm having to pump and supplement formula as needed. Love everyone here. Hope you are all doing GREAT!!!!!![]()
