Good morning and happy weekend all!
LYD10- Thanks for asking, I am doing GREAT. Last week I had a BIG presentation at our territory leaders monthly meeting. Its two levels above me and I was invited to talk about a project we have worked on in my market that has led to some uniquely good results. It was pretty stressful and a long distance away. Plus my boss's boss wanted face time with me to talk about my perspective on the company and my future while I was there. It went GREAT but was pretty intense. Glad its behind me now, because we are also in the middle of the budget and planning process for next year and I have several plans and reports due next week. And of course I have that paper due in September that I've been working on all summer. I'm actually taking Monday off to work on it. As for the PIO, I never bled at all. In fact it always took about 3 or 4 days to start after I went off it. I am so hopeful for you and will anxiously be waiting for the results. FYI- I am reading a great book about working mothers called "The Milk Memos." I strongly recommend it.
Katie- You are a fellow runner! I wanted to run through the pregnancy and just couldn't do it. I know its probably fine, but mentally I felt like it was too much bouncing/jarring for the LO. Let's see... Its 9 AM EST which means you should be toeing the line in an hour or two if you are starting early. Good luck! The half is my FAVORITE distance. DH and I have also done one full marathon and are planning to do one after the baby so we can both take off our baby weight.

He is gaining weight with me. Its mostly because I am the one who loves running...and he is the one that just comes along for the ride so he can eat whatever he wants. Without me, he is not too motivated to run.
Addy- 20 week! You are half way there. So hard to believe! Its going by so fast. I too am in the market for a jog stroller. Keep me posted on what you and DH purchase. I haven't even begun shopping. I like your names a lot, especially Miles. But unfortunately I do think you may have to find one you love equally. You may indeed have your work cut out for you, but it will be fun when you look back on it.
Wishing- I plan on having Mom and sisters there too. I was the labor coach for one of my sisters who is a single Mom and I feel like I just need her there for me too. Plus DH is a total wimp when it comes to even my regular OB appointments. Not sure I can count on him to keep his cool and stay conscious.
Dallas- are you feeling better? Sounds like Wishing could use a little dose of what you have and vice versa.
Dreams- congrats on graduation! Do you already have an OB picked out?
ttcnb- I like your perspective on being a working Mom. I too and am the primary breadwinner in the family and am already trying to think of it the way you do. What I will miss will be for them...and it will be worth it. I am sure I will feel guilty at times, but am already trying to condition myself to not feel guilty. The toughtest part for me is that I also do a lot of overnight travel. That will be so hard! But we will make it through our way. If you don't mind me asking, what do you do?
Dogzrule- Great to hear from you. How are you doing?
