Hi.
Thank you for the replies. I am surprised we have similar names! You must be my long lost internet sister! lol. I was looking through the side effects list for PIO and I noticed anaphylactoid as one of the possible reactions. I am not sure if it was a anaphylactoid reaction, but it did catch my attention. Though, I did not get any hives or had difficulty breathing. It just felt like I had an on and off pressure around my neck. Not the choking type either because I could breathe just find. It just felt like a type of pressure, but with out actual pressure? Has anyone experienced any blood clotting from use of PIO? By that I mean PIO only not other forms of Progesterone, like pill form. I am not sure if the list of side effects I saw for PIO refers to actual PIO or Progestins; which are not bio identical to the progesterone found naturally in the body. A few hours later I checked my pulse manually, after my walk that I mentioned earlier, and it came out normal. Though, I guess it was too late to actually check it, which it should have been when I had the feeling. Another possible symptom, although I feel like it is stretching it a little, is a simple partial seizure.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Simple_partial_seizures I only draw that conclusion because when I had that emotion on my neck I got a little startled and I felt how my body's adrenaline kicked in, increased heart rate due to it, and the sensation went away. One of the listed reasons to treat a seizure is by using adrenaline. So... !!! I don't know lol. I found it interesting how subtle a simple partial seizure can actually be. Anyway, I used a one inch needle today, but I used my thigh instead of my buttock. I did not really get that feeling this time. Though I did go out for a walk again just to make sure I get fresh air. I checked my pulse manually after I got back and it came out normal. 90 beats per minute. So I am not sure if the previous episode was caused by the needle length and subcutaneous area where it was delivered rather than muscular. Has anyone ever used PIO subcutaneous rather than intramuscular? Sorry for all of the questions

. I just want to see if I can find someone who had anything similar.
