Morning ladies

Nicole: 4.5 - 5 miles is a hell of a lot - well done - I know you have done more but you are injured! Do you know what I'm finding great for my hip - a hot water bottle on it for 3 minutes and then a cold pack for 1 minute - do that three times in a go and always end of a cold pack. And try it twice a day. I think we may be cycling together - will be great :)

Ko-fo: 5 embies - thats amazing - do your clinic normally do that?

Leora: This is just great news for you - congrats - this is a BFP! Actually my clinic is in the national maternity hospital so its not small but because a lot of us are on the nasal spray to downregulate us they can control it so the baselines are always wednesdays and thursdays. They do egg collections and transfers and bloodwork and scans every day. I'll be on my down regulator longer this time - looks like 18 days before the baseline. They run the Sun to Sat cycle so I literally got day one!

Kynlee: How are you doing?

Madame x: Any word yet?

Cyn - how are you?

Christy: How was your weekend?

Afm: Right, have dates - will travel! Start the down regulator nasal spray (you do injections in the States mostly I think) on July 21, should have a period around July 30 and then baseline on 8th. I asked if there as any issue down regulating longer and she said no, once the lining falls away with the period the down regulator will keep the ovaries quiet and the lining won't get any thicker than they need. So plan is baseline on 8th and if its like the other two times I'll start the stims on that Wed 8th and I'm scheduled for retrieval week of August 20th. Its menopur rather than purogan this time so I don't know how I'll respond. Both other times I've had 11/12 days of stims, triggering on the 12/13th day usually but with this drug - who knows. I'm not looking forward to mixing those two vials!! I'll be on 450 to start so appartently I'll have two injections each day and then they will see - anyone know if mixing and injecting the menopur is difficult? I don't mind messy but can I screw it up?!

Blu – You asked a while back about steroids, I used Dexametasone after my last transfer for about a week. It is supposed to help uterine receptivity, and didn't do anything for my 2 blasts.
Well done with all the workout…I'm trying to walk 3 ml per day, only  . Do you know if Pilates is okay while stimming?
Madame x - Yes! AF came on Monday, and I started stimming already on Wednesday:) When's your donor ER? It's wonderful to be cycling relatively close together :)
Leora - Well AF was a bit late but I only started stimming a day later than I thought, so I'm okay! Praying to see good things on Tuesday (BW and an U/S). OMG! It would be so wonderful for you to be pregnant now! And a safe pregnancy with a singleton too! Too bad about you flight to the States, though I'm sure you don't mind
Pococ - DH has 0% normal sperm head morphology (Kruger). We got pregnant last year and for reasons totally not related lost the baby. So yes, it can work even with bad samples. ICSI, if done well should be good enough. Good luck :D
Kynlee - So sorry you sound so sick, it's not a good time for it - Take good care of yourself. Hugs.
Ks_fofo - Congrats. triplets!!! I was wondering about you, and I'm happy this is what kept you away :D
Ninde - Oh yes. MIL is good at saying weird stuff – she thinks it's a subtle way of letting me know what she actually wants for DH and me, it's been a struggle to understand she doesn't mean bad, we're just so different. I'm shocked to hear about your hubby's aunt (or rather his sister's aunt :? )She wasn't much of an aunt then when he grew up by the sound of it. Great that you're singing, it is real therapy isn't it? It makes you feel good body and soul. Curious to hear how it continues with the social worker meetings, I think it's very frustrating the way they want to schedule and just expect you to cancel whatever other obligations you may have from before. Isn't that a reckless behavior they don't care seeing in parents to be  ?!
Sunshine - Be good to yourself. Good luck for DH's interview, I hope that once you know more choices and decisions will be easier for you to make.
Kala – Congrats on the very clear line, can't wait to hear you beta!

AFM – I am not feeling bloated whatsoever, and this is weird after 5 days of stimming. I always felt more bloated by now, and I told DH I was feeling nothing! I'm afraid there will be nothing there to see tomorrow! Am I being irrational? It got easier during the last 2 cycles to accept a BFN but maybe after 2 months off now I have my hope high again and am really worried already what is it going to be to have another negative, if we can handle it or what…

blueeyedreamer- I have had 3 progesterone shots no pain no bumps no bruises and this is what I been doing maybeyou can try it this way to see if it helps... :) I warm the oil in my bra about 30 mins or so I have the Elma cream on for alittle over a hour, then DH sticks the spot that I had numbed and runs the oil in about 5 mins then we throw a heat pad on it for about 7 to 10 mins it is suppose to make the oil seperate better so it doesnt clog, so Unless we are doing something wrong this has been a breeze so far.. :)

Leora- I had my RE order the cream cause I read up on it and she did :) Definitely a must have :) So excited for you girl cant wait to hear your beta :)

Ninde- Thank you for asking I am still sick but feeling alittle better still coughing though :) I dont know anything about the menopur med but I mix my trigger shot and it is fine :)

Kay- I didnt feel bloated till closer to the last few days so I think you are fine :) Cant wait to hear your follie count, doing a follie dance for you :)

Klinger13- thank you for checking in and cheering me on, hoping to have fireworks this 4th of July ;)

AFM- So excited for Weds to get here, this will also be DH's first time being able to go with me since he is always away usually at the time of ET :) He has the whole week off with me so I will be getting pampered :)

On to some personals:

Leora --- Crongrats on you BFP!!! So thrilled for you!!! When is your beta again?

Waitngkay -- Are you doing a 3 or 5 DT? Have any dates yet? Glad you are feeling well!

Ninde- Yay for dates. I was on menopur, it is not bad at all to mix! You just suck up some saline fluid with the needle and inject ino the menopur power, swril and that is it. And it is just like the other stim shots. You will be fine!

Kynlee-- you are alomost there!!! Glad you DH can come, I am hoping mine can make it too!

Blue- 6.6 miles is great. I usually only so three walking or on the cybex machine which I know I get a much better workout from!

MadameX- 50 eggs is awesome I cannot wait to hear your embie report! Wahooooo wonderful news!

Leora- Sticky vibes! Yes ma'am this has to be your rainbow baby!

Annashope- I didn't realize you reside in Pennsylvania too. We almost moved there! Four years ago, dh had a choice between Penn or Panama City, kind of wish we had chosen Penn now! But oh well if dh gets the job in Alabama we would be closer to alot of family but it's still hard leaving behind Panama City. My priorities are somewhat messed up but I've learned so much along this crazy journey.

Blue- Chocolate popcorn... Have you tried chocolate covered peanuts with popcorn? Well you talking about chocolate is right up my alley but I haven't been to the theater in years I think tickets were around 10.00 back then when there was something out there worth seeing. I so need to get into shape, this morning walking around the hotel lobby I was walking around like a crippled lady, thinking it's joint issues and my left leg bothers me alot. But we gotta whip our bodies into shape if we are going to be carrying around toddlers! I saw these two men and a baby out in the lobby I thought what a chic magnet, lol I wanted to hold that baby so bad. Dh told me I should check out fertility clinics in Huntsville while he's interviewing.

Kay- I know the uncertainty is hard but remember we're always here for you and will continue cheering you on. It's normal to feel this way, anticipation can drive one insane. Tomorrow will bring you new hope, let us know how everything goes.

Kynlee- wonderful news dh gets to experience an ultrasound and pamper you all week. You deserve this!

AFM: Checking out clinics in Huntsville and hanging out at the hotel...quizzy stomach so trying to stay out of the heat.
***Does anyone here know of a good clinic in Huntsvile? will be checking on online and calling around but we still have to get the offer first! Anyway driving back to Florida this afternoon, glad I'll be there for the 4th this year, it may be our last. Dh's interview kicks off in 30 minutes, praying everything goes well.

Crashing because I can't wait to see Kala's beta. That is a clearly unmistakable BFP lady!

Leora - keep posting those pee sticks. My late pregnancy vision has gotten rather shaky so I can't see anything but if you say it's there and faint, I believe you! Let this be the one you and David can hang on to.

I'll be following your next cycle too Patricia, hoping this is the one for you as well.
