Nicole: 4.5 - 5 miles is a hell of a lot - well done - I know you have done more but you are injured! Do you know what I'm finding great for my hip - a hot water bottle on it for 3 minutes and then a cold pack for 1 minute - do that three times in a go and always end of a cold pack. And try it twice a day. I think we may be cycling together - will be great

Ko-fo: 5 embies - thats amazing - do your clinic normally do that?
Leora: This is just great news for you - congrats - this is a BFP! Actually my clinic is in the national maternity hospital so its not small but because a lot of us are on the nasal spray to downregulate us they can control it so the baselines are always wednesdays and thursdays. They do egg collections and transfers and bloodwork and scans every day. I'll be on my down regulator longer this time - looks like 18 days before the baseline. They run the Sun to Sat cycle so I literally got day one!
Kynlee: How are you doing?
Madame x: Any word yet?
Cyn - how are you?
Christy: How was your weekend?
Afm: Right, have dates - will travel! Start the down regulator nasal spray (you do injections in the States mostly I think) on July 21, should have a period around July 30 and then baseline on 8th. I asked if there as any issue down regulating longer and she said no, once the lining falls away with the period the down regulator will keep the ovaries quiet and the lining won't get any thicker than they need. So plan is baseline on 8th and if its like the other two times I'll start the stims on that Wed 8th and I'm scheduled for retrieval week of August 20th. Its menopur rather than purogan this time so I don't know how I'll respond. Both other times I've had 11/12 days of stims, triggering on the 12/13th day usually but with this drug - who knows. I'm not looking forward to mixing those two vials!! I'll be on 450 to start so appartently I'll have two injections each day and then they will see - anyone know if mixing and injecting the menopur is difficult? I don't mind messy but can I screw it up?!
