Sunshine 1576 - I know how that goes with insensitive co-workers. Believe me, been there and done that. It's tough to separate your point of view when you are really hurt and suffering because of something in your personal life, and realize that the people you interact with at work who don't care, aren't worth caring about. Life can seem spectacularly unfair, most especially when we don't know what the other person has been through as is the case generally with co-workers. I had a co-worker laughingly tell me how angry her husband was when she told him she was accidentally pregnant with their first child as a response to my telling her I had just found out I could only conceive through IVF. It took me many years to get pregnant, and when I did I had a childless co-worker in her late 40's literally put me through hell when I went back to work because of it. It's so, so hard take comfort in being the "better person" when it comes to a subject that just rips your heart apart to think about. It took a lot to try to understand where these women were coming from - make my own peace with that, and move on.
Just remember when people like that are being jerks that they don't get it and probably never will - but there are people here who do! Right down to the timing game.

Hell, we did a cycle right after moving across the state for new jobs only to have my husband lose his and get a new one... on an island. So I was living with my in-laws and my husband was spending most of the week living on the island for his job! I would be shocked if somebody could tell me a "good time" to go through the hell of IVF. Keep your head up, you'll get there!!
