Hi Jayne, I'm glad you found the site, it really does help to share with others in the same boat.
I'll be cycling in September too and I know there are at least 2 others already, so we'll have a little group of cycle buddies to help and support each other as we go through.
Re. the stress. I've not tried either accupuncture nor reflexology but many on the board have and most seem to have liked it/felt it helped. After your first try, did you try any of the 'usual' stress busters to help? eg. yoga, meditation, jogging, other types of exercise, swimming?? Sorry if these always get suggested. I find doing nothing during the 2ww is a killer so have to keep busy. Otherwise I dwell and worry about everything. July Ann's suggestion of dog walking is a good one, they're a great excuse to have to go outside and do something. Can you borrow a dog if you don't have one? I would totally recommend getting a passive and lazy cat, who likes nothing more than sitting on your lap being stroked. Medically proven to reduce stress...might be worth a try

Lastly...do you know anyone who can teach you a new skill that you can do at home but really have to concentrate on? like painting, crochet, knitting, embroidery, playing the piano!! You need never do it again once you're pg!
Good luck,
Debra.
