So sorry JulyCBs

Post by Guest »

Hi Girls

I am sitting here crying my heart out as AF has just arrived.........five times and five negatives!!! Why can I not get pregnant?? Not even a sniff...........and they keep telling me there is nothing wrong with me......this started off as DHs problem with him having azoospermia......now it appears I have a problem too.................why, why can noone help me or give me answers in these bloody clinics!

Sorry I can't cheer up the poor July tester thread.............

From the most miserable woman in the world - again!

Jen:

I'm sorry your cycle didn't work out. Unbelievable how many times you've been through this roller coaster. Please don't give up hope. My friend went through 4 cycles of IVF/ICSI and her insurance won't cover any more. She gave up, and started to pursue adoption. Before the adoption papers came through she missed her period. Tested positive, and is delivering in 6 weeks! Please don't give up hope.

Oh Jen :(

I had such high hopes for you to get your BFP that you so deserve. It's unbelievable what has happened here these last few months.

I am so very sorry. There is nothing I can say to make you feel better. We have all been there and it really sucks big time.

I think this whole IVF lark is utter pants and none of us should have to go through it.

Thinking of you and your DH and I hope you manage to get through this horrid time together and spend some time away from everything.

Love and hugs Dagny xkx

Oh Jen

was hoping you had some cheery news - I am so sorry! As Dagny says it is pants - putting it mildly for the thread.

If you can find it in you please don't give up hope - there are so many success stories - I had 5 goes and not to mention the clomid etc before.

take some time out.
Thinking of you....

Jen,
Am so so sorry, its so hard to know what to say as nothing will make you feel better. You must eb devastated again, and understandably have so many unanswered questions.
Have you had all the other investigations ... NK killer cells, anti-coagulant blood tests etc. and isn't there an operation to check whether there are any holes in the womb or something.
This ivf thing is just so horrible .. it just doesn't make sense does it. Why does it work for some people and not for others.
3 negatives today for us Julybuddies. Whats gone wrong?
Please please give yourselves big hugs. God, I'm crying with everyone today. its all just so unfair.
Look after yourself, and you are allowed to be bloomin miserable.

Jen,

For lack of anything better to say, I'm so sorry. I was really hoping this would be it for you. Have you been with the same clinic this whole time or have you already tried switching to a different one? Did you do IUI this time around? I think that can take a lot more tries than IVF. There was one lady I was corresponding with who had it work for on her 12th try just as she was about to give up.

It is just unbelievable that these clinics take so much money from us yet seem to fall very short in actually delivering results or even additional information to explain what is wrong. I know that those who have become pregnant probably feel differently. I guess I am just very down on ART in general at the moment after seeing the overall results (or I should say lack of results) this month.

Sorry for rambling on here. Just very frustrated for all of you!

Jen,

Terribly sorry to hear your news. I hope you can get some answers, though it seems unlikely as we never seem to get any. I am also feeling less than excited about ART. Why does it not work for all (or at least more) of us?

Please go easy on yourself and take your time recovering.

hihi jen, im so very sorry to read about your -itve, no words can make
it better, its just so tough and even harder as there is no answers as
to why. The first time we all have so much hope but with each -itve
our resolve slowly gets chipped away, after each of my -itve i was
lucky that i could take a holiday, and it realy did help, just to give me
some time away from home and reality.
I realy do pray u get your dream. alisonn

Jen,
So sorry to hear about your - ve. Wish there was something that could make you feel better. If you can, try to think ahead to the next cycle. When I did my first IVF I kept telling myself that if this doesn't work I'm going to try again so when I got the neg I was ready to move on. Don't give up.
Good luck with your new clinic.

hi
jen so sorry to hear your new's. I feel just like you they say nothing is wrong with me. So why am I not pg....The nurse did say that normal people normally take 6-12 months to get pg. I'm having yet another go next month so finger's crossed.

It is so frustrating as I have had ivf lots of times and I really thought the DI would work.

well hope you feel better soon, hope you have another go
