Ukraine is blamed for shills... don't mention places or you'll be tagged as shills for Poland maybe.

Just, kidding!

we all need a bit of laugh right to let go of all our frustrations with failed TTCs... please don't take it seriously.

Between, I think reproductive tourism is a boon to all those who are having trouble financing their follow-on IVF cycles. I wouldn't recommend any country as such as all it takes it googling a bit to know which one suits their case. However, I'd advise anyone going for a clinically assisted fertility abroad two things: Opt for programs that offer guaranteed parenthood or refund and read the contract carefully to understand there's no hidden cost that can blow up the bills in whichever program you choose. While the first one ensures that the kind of refund must keep the clinic on their toes to not to fail or be remiss in their efforts the later protects against deliberate add-ons to the bills. You need to make sure the very purpose of your opting for the fertility procedures abroad (finances) does not get wasted. Last, but not least, the litigations of the chosen country wrt the procedure you're opting for is also a significant consideration.
