Hi everyone, I think this thread is a great idea and it seems I am not alone in my worrying about vitamins.
I recently read a book called "Natural Solutions to Infertility" by Marilyn Glenville. It's absolutely brilliant and has loads of good advice. If you follow it, it also claims to prevent miscarriage and have healthy babies
Anyway, the gist of it is that a lot of people can't get pregnant becuase they have some kind of deficiency or too much of something. The best thing to do is to get tested because if you have too much magnesium then taking a supplement with more magnesium will do you no favours! It really is a good read and gives you lots of sound advice about what foods to eat etc etc and what causes what.
Also, I have proof it's good because I usually get about 5 days of spotting before my period but once I read this book it says what that is caused by and when I followed the diet, it stopped!!
There's also lots of really good stats and real life stories which, if anything, certainly help with the PMA! Happy rattling!
