Alicia:
I found this on the web:
www.storknet.com/experts/fitness/exls16.htm
It's a whole series of exercises you can do to correct your abdominal separation. They actually should go back I think, but maybe because you were carrying twins it's different. My jelly belly has a long ways to go! My hips are still wider too, my friend who had a baby 16 weeks ago said that around 12 weeks her hips started to go back, because her jeans were starting to fit without losing weight.
I was 6 weeks postpardom yesterday, so hopefully I can start exercising without having any more bleeding, it's been going the whole 6 weeks (disgusting). We've gone for walks with the stroller, but that's been the extent of it.
With Jessica sleeping 8 hrs, getting up to nurse, then going back down for 3 yrs I feel like I have a whole new lease on life. I'm so much more functional during he day instead of zombie-like. She's up around 10 lbs 8 oz now, so the nursing must be working. I feel like I could feed Ethiopia, my chest is so humongous.....a full E. I want my tiny C's back as none of my clothes can contain the monsters.
I had beer and broccoli last night....today should be interesting for a nursing baby.
