
I'm open for suggestions but why don't we keep it totally positive? no beating ourselves up over chocolate biscuits? no negative 'I'm so terrible, I ate 2 doughnuts' type posts. Each day, those of us who want to take part can post two things they've done which contribute to their goal of being healthier.
Eg. Post if you:
* do something active
* forgo something unhealthy
* eat a healthy meal
* drink your 2 litres of water etc.
Let's not aim for the moon, we've enough challenges already, just two small steps at a time with daily advances towards our goal. What's that lovely expression, the longest journey begins with one step???
What do you think? I'll start. Today I:
1. had a large salad with unbuttered wholemeal bread + water for lunch.
2. Borrowing one from yesterday. I walked to the 5th floor of a building twice to reach a client's office.
