One of my team mates was scheduled to start IUI and clomid, her husband had had testicular cancer. Lo and behold the month before they did it naturally!

Hi,

I am also in the under 30's - I turn 30 in August.

Non-IVF'er have NO idea what it is like!! A girl at work is pregnant & she approached me to tell me about her conception "nightmare". Her "nightmare" was that she did not fall pregnant on her first attempt (naturally), but her second!!!!!!!! She told me how she cried when her AF arrived after the first month, and she now knows how I feel  Try feeling that way every month for a few years! I guess she may have been trying to express empathy towards me, but boy she has NO idea! This thread is a great idea, because I too am surrounded by the most fertile group of friends and work associates. Everyone seems to get pg after their first or second attempt.

If we hang in there we will all get there too!

What should we do ladies?

1 Should we keep this called under 30's?

2 Should we change the name to under 30's and 40's?

3 Or should there be a separate under 40's?

I dont want to upset anyone by hijacking this thread for under 40's too if you youngsters would like a place of your own ! Ha Ha!! Maybe you oldies have had enough of the young ones!!!

As someoone turning 30 in August, where do I belong!! At least I can get away with saying the above stuff!!!!!!!!

Keep the name u 30

Post by DeniseM »

Lets keep the name under 30, but in the spirit of sharing, those of us under 30 with a few years experience may join too. I can't think life is incredibly different within a few years.

Lumi, sure it can't be me....

I know there was a 22(3) on one of the other forums.

Any of you found that during your down times you can actually have some passion just for fun?

I seduced DH tonight, not for any baby making activity, purely recreational. It's been a long time, and I have to say I miss it just for fun!
