Thanks friends...I came home from work and cried on my dh's shoulder, thank God for him! I'm now having a really nice glass of white wine...it does dull the pain a little.
You're all so incredible on this board, I pray that each and everyone of you become a mommy somehow, someway, when I first joined I thought "oh it's just a big pity party for all of us women who cannot have a baby" but now I realize that it's a family and SUCH a huge support and comfort to have all of you to talk with when there's NOBODY who can understand the pain.
Thanks again and again for being my friends, and listening
Love Sammy

So, so sorry Sammy - sending you a huge hug. Please look after yourself and treat yourself to lots of things you've been denying yourself. Don't make any decisions at present - it's all too raw - see how you feel in a few weeks to reassess the situation. At my clinic recentyl there was a lady who had done full IVF five times without a whisper and on her sixth go she was pregnant with twins! I don't know how she had the will power to keep going but it just shows you that it can happen even when you've almost given up hope, lots of love, Cherylxx
Third ICSI July 2005 BFP and praying it continues!! 6, 8, 12, 13(Nuchal) 20, 25 and 28 week scans successful! Emily Ann Cane born 8.4.06 - more beautiful than we could have imagined

Sammy

so so sorry to hear your sad news. I'm glad you had DH to support you and that glass of wine was well deserved. Cry all you need to and know that there are others going through the same thing and we can support each other.

I don't have good news to report either. The spotting seems to be turning into a full scale bleed. I'll still test tomorrow but I've pretty much given up hope. I even opened a bottle of wine last night, that's how much I believe it's over. I was devastated yesterday but feel quite calm today. I'm sure the grief will come back at some point.

look after yourself

Caroline

Caroline, I'm very sorry about the bleeding, not for false hope but some DO have full periods and still are pregnant...only the blood test will tell, in the mean time you're in my prayers.
