Bye (for now)

Post by Joanne104 »

Dear all

I have had the most roller coaster week in my life, did 2 early response tests last Friday and Saturday, then clinics hpt on Sunday - all +ve. Wednesday night I started feeling "funny", Thursday didn't feel well and I ended up miscarrying last night.

I know it's a fact of life and if I'd been trying naturally then I probably wouldn't have even known I was pregnant for those few short days, but I did know and it's the most wonderful feeling in the world.

DH and me have decided to take a big step back from IVF - at this moment in time we are not sure if we will ever do it again. But time is a healer and you never know!

Basically I am writing this message to say goodbye to you all (at least for a while) - I just need to concentrate on other things in my life.

I wish you all the best in everything that you do and I thank each and everyone of you for all of your kind words and support

Joanne

Joanne

I totally understand your need to get away from here and all aspects of the treatment, but just wanted to wish you love and hugs for the future.

Thanks for all your support and encouragement over the months - you've been a great friend on this board.

Take care of yourself and good luck with everything.

Love

Little P

Take a good rest, it will do you the power of good to be away from it all for a proper break. It broke your heart precisely because you knew for those days you were pg. Many of us know how much it hurts.

Take care,
Debra.

Joanne,

Our paths haven't crossed much but I follow most of the threads on here and I'm so, so sorry to hear what has happened. Life is very cruel. All I can say is you and DH have got each other and that alone is worth everything. Whatever comes in the future would be a bonus, but if not then you still have each other.
I sincerely hope you find your path whatever that may be.
Take care,
claire x
