Jacs

Any news? Looking forward to hearing all about the scan.

Kim - good to hear from you, sounds like you are progressing nicely. The first kicks are supposed to be amazing :D

Hope everyone's ok - I'm having another one of those "exhausted" days. Maybe it's because I do absolutely nothing that I get so tired

Hi everyone - came on to check on Jacs news. Kim - That's bizarre that you posted about your first tri experiences cos I had posted you some questions re. that which you'll see on your area. Thanks for advice anyway - I hope Joanne does decide to give herself a few more chances because I think she'll get there in the end.
Thanks everyone for nice thoughts - I'm sure I'll be out of doldroms by Fri cos of scan - fingers crossed!
Jacs - come on, I'm sure no news is good news but we're all keen to celebrate with you, tell us tell us xx

yoooohooooo everyone

sorry its been a long day by the time we got back from liverpool and did the rounds with the scan pic and then went to do some shopping it was getting on for 5.30 i had to go to a few more peoples houses on the estate to tell them the news while hubby cooked the tea

sooooooooooooooo iv seen the heartbeat of my baby beating so so fast the doctor couldnt find another but couldnt understand where the other has gone he thinks it may not of latched on or it might just be hiding behind the other..because iv had no bleeding it still should be there but if its not i still have 1 lovely special baby growing inside me

wot an emotional time it was it took the doc ages to say anything and i was sure something was wrong when i could hear my hubby sniffing at the side but all was well and he was trying to find the other one

my ovary is still very enlarged and my right one is moving towards my left which is strange so still plenty of rest and fluid for me
i have to go for another scan in 2 weeks time because of this concern for my women bits and bobs which he said is of no harm to the baby just a worry about me
so my due date is 30th march i was a day out ...this is a nice date cos its my late nans birthday and my fave aunts birthday and her anniversary my aunt will be 80 the day my baby will be born(if it comes on time)

sorry again to be so long posting and thank u all for ur thoughts hope everyones ok

Jacs

Fantastic news :D

It is such a relief to see it for yourself isn't it. Well done to you and DH.

I guess you're pretty exhausted now - what with all the rushing around to show everyone, but do take care of yourself.

Bet you can't wait for the next 2 weeks to whizz by so you can have another peak

Big hugs

Little P

Jacky, that's fantastic - I'm so happy for you. Don't worry about the other one - I've had no bleed either but apparently it can just dissolve back into your system so don't worry about finding it somewhere it shouldn't be. Also, you never know - it might as you say, be hiding - which would be exciting! I'm glad you're having a 10 week scan - that seems fair as you didn't have 6 weeks. I don't have any more after Fri until 12 weeks which feels like forever. I bet you feel great now - like it's really real and how exciting to be able to show your picture around. Fantastic news - well done, enjoy it,
Cherylxx

Everything went ok- the chk up was uncomfortable thats all..I hate internal exams..
Anyway my BP was on the higher side 140/80 which was probably due to the fact that I'd had an argument with a motorist on the road and my dad before that.. they made me wait at hospital and rechecked it- it came down to 130/80 and then let me go. They've started me on calcium and iron from today.
I have my next scan and checkup in 3 weeks- I'll be 17 weeks then..9th sept..Long way to go.
I asked the doc if she could tell if the baby was ok, she said everything seemed normal, so I guess I have to be contented with that.. :?
How are you all today?
Lilp,
Good Luck with tomorrow's scan- I'm sure everything wil be just fine..
Maybe I shd migrate to the secnd tri thread now??Lots of new girls coming in..

Glad the scan went well - I'm sure if there were any noticeable issues she would have told you, so feel reassured and comforted by that.

I know 3 weeks seems like an age, but here in England for a normal pregnancy you get one at 12 weeks, then have to wait till 20 weeks for the next one - I hope I don't have to wait that long between scans

Starting to get nervous about tomorrow's scan - glad it's first thing in the morning then I don't have to hang around all day thinking about it.

Hugs to all.

Where is everyone today - are you all busy, busy, busy?

I'm worried about Gen and HM - has anyone seen any messages from them?

Hugs to you all.

Hi all,
Hi p, you're right, you've gotten me worried abt gen and hm too..HM in particular hasnt posted in abt 3 weeks i think cause i went back and checked..Gen is perhaps too busy working out her notice period in her old job- shes sposed to join her new one on 24th(see, i did research on their prev posts  )
Also noticed that Brooke stopped posting as well..
Hope you are all ok..
P, please come back and post immdly.. will be waiting..Have a wonderful clear scan of your bump..

I had forgotten that Gen was working her notice period - it's just a worry when you don't hear from some of the girls for a while isn't it.

I'm so glad you are ok - I understand your anxiety totally. Each time I go to the hospital I am really nervous and shakey!!

How's the headache - I hope the caffeine has kept it at bay.

Love and hugs

Great News Jacs and Smita. I am thrilled for you. And the days keep ticking by.

Lil P: Is your scan tommorrow? How exciting!

My scan has been scheduled for next Wednesday. I am quite anxious to see how many are in there! One would be perfect. Two would be wonderful... I have two arms don't I? Three would be astonishing! After the shock wore off... I would remind myself how blessed I really am! If I do end up with multiples the up side is that I will get to go shopping for a new vehicle. My Mini-Van only seats 7 passengers. I love the smell of a new vehicle! Any suggestions?

Have a great night or day or whatever time of day it is for you!
