Everyone is so jazzed about getting fit, I love it!
Jen - I agree, the word diet is soooooo naughty. And glad your headaches are going away. I learned on the boards that our pituitary gland is at the base of our skull and I think our headaches are connected to the IVF drugs we take. My headaches are right in that spot often.
Tracii - your email made me hungry!!! And thanks for the good info from the London Times article on detox tips - makes sense. "Old food rotting in our guts!"... yuk! But I wouldn't be surprised. I've heard stories from people who have gotten colonics (colon cleaned by a machine) and what they see come out of them is not suitable for discussion

Anyway, I'm a fast eater also - kinda known for it even.

Debra, what is spelt? And thanks for the rice milk idea. I confess, I tried soy just for this detox and bout puked. Good luck with your inlaws desserts! Would it work to just tell them you are detoxing? They'd probably say, "What?" And the tuna I buy says White Albacore Tuna on the can. So I though it counted as white fish. Am I wrong? I'll stop if I am. I buy it at a health food store that only sells things that are researched to be the best - so I assumed it was tuna without mercury. Somebody educate me here if I should just stay away from it regardless.
And Sandra - thanks for the support you always give us! (Still don't understand why you weren't in on this party, but...maybe next time.)
"Fishbones"

Today:
Breakfast: REAL oats (I think Brits call it porridge?) w/ banana, raisins, honey. First time I've ever made them the hard way - did something wrong cuz they were still a little hard, but ate them anyway.
Lunch: Chicken sandwich on whole wheat bread (made w/out flour), beans, carrots.
Supper: Turkey and veggies.
Still lovin the lemon water!

Is anyone else "passing gas" more than normal?
