Sorry girlfriends!!
 can't resist!!
I'm such a cheater

How're you all doing?
Lumi, I went for a walk daily- by walk I mean really brisk and for an hour, continuously.. 5 days a week definitely..6 days on good weeks..
The worst part was having to wash my hair every alternate day at least due to the sweating, but it was worth it..
I can't resist food, it helps that I'm vegetarian, so I actually didnt cut down on food- stopped stocking the 'fridge with chocolates as I'm a sucker for chocolates and peanut butter..

My doc said the speed wasn't too important as was the continuity..

Nicki,
I'm sorry you're feeling so low sweetie, I hope your boss from hell just goes away or you get a REAL good break!

Denise,
how're you faring?Indulging as you said you would this month? We all deserve that pampering..

hope Jag, chanteq, Sara,Olivia, joy are good..

Hey guys.

Been a little naughty this month, just waiting for AF, then back to the basics.

I've been feeling a little down. I'm resentful of carrying extra weight from all of the fertility drugs, yet, if I don't take them I won't get pg.
Sucks that it has to be one or the other.

I'm starting in an aquafit program starting monday, so hopefully that gives me a boost.

Today is my puppy's first birthday!

Denise,
Goodluck with your aqua class- its such fun to exercise in water..
Hope you get to your pre-tmt size sooon.
Sara,
yes, the drugs do add on some weight, but just watch what you eat and while you're stimming you can always exercise ifyou have the energy- its only after the iui or the ET of ivf that you have to take it easy..
Good luck- when do u start?
Lumi,
how're you doing?
Chanteq,
have you done your birthday shopping?
jAG,
Where are you dear?
Olivia and princess,
how're the bumps??
Nicki,
will miss you around this place..Take care honey..Please keep popping in

Hi Guys,

Thanks for the welcome - it makes a big difference knowing there is someone else out there....... :!:

Sara - sounds like we will be able to keep each other company when is your ER planned for.... :?:

Thought I'd share one of those 'under 30' nightmares that happened to me last night - I had to laugh (otherwise I might cry). Following on from all the news in the press yesterday about ladies leaving it til over 35 to have children, someone in the pub last night had the audacity to give me a lecture on the fact that I had been married for 3 years and hadn't I thought about having a family yet ............................(DH almost spat his food out at that comment which I suppose you have to laugh at)

 IF ONLY THEY KNEW :!: :!: :!: (and even if I shared their opinion - I am not exactly near to 35 yet)

Sometimes I wish people would think before engaging their mouths.....

Arghhhhh
