Hi Brandy,
Me n my bump are fine, thanks for asking.. almost 18 weeks now- but the worrying never stops .. currently, my worry is abt amniotic fluid not being enough according to the doc- and I blv, we cant do anything abt it- its a function of the placenta.. i hope my placenta startes working well soon- have been asked to guzzle 5l of water and fluids daily to see if it'll help the situation!
sorry for going on- but you asked!! :D

Good on you for the pma- it always helps..
Friday is only 3 nights away!!
Lots of luck!

mgreer, good luck to you for sunday :D

Terri,
hope you're holding up ok..Think abt new York if you feel real depressed!

Hey girls !!

I am struggling a bit with this 2ww, Everything that happens to my body and I am looking into what it means. I know this is normal and I am sure you are all going through it but it is driving me crazy.

I am currently on a weeks holiday from work but think i may go back for thursday and friday, I am so bored and there is only so many films/puzzles I can watch / do.

I have had a brownish discharge ever since ET and it hasn't gone away - is this normal? (four days after).

I am also feeling little stabbing pains but someone mentioned this could be implantation.

You are right, Smita is so attentive of everyone, I noticed that too! You are lovely. And brs888 too. Well everyone is lovely.

Still getting the spotting so know what is coming. No sore boobs or anything so I'm totally certain. AF is due thursday or friday. Even if it didn't come on time I won't test to be honest. Had too many disappointments in the past. My DH has hidden the test.

I think the hardest thing is coping with my friends being pregnant. While my friend was going through all this with me, I coped okay. I havne't even called one of them as I can't face it. I have emailed her and explained and I hope she understands. I might call her tomorrow.

I couldn't sleep last night thinking about how I am going to cope with the next 9 months. It feels like torture. Yet I wouldnt change a thing, I'm happy for them being pregnant. I just don't know why its not happening to me. I feel like such a bad person.

Terri

Because you want a child does NOT make you a bad person - I know this waiting game is awful and it tries your patience to the empth degree but know that we are all here routing for you.

Take care of yourself and try and remain positive.

Hugs

Terri, it's very hard...today for instance 2 of my coworkers were complaining about their kids. All I could think was get a grip! You are so blessed to have children. Instead, I just kept on grinning and pretending like I cared about their conversation. They know what dh and I are going through, but don't stop to think that the conversation might be hard to hear. There will always be people pregnant around us or things going on, but pretty soon it will be out turn, damn it!

thanks again for your support br888 and Little P.

I did a brave thing today.............I called my friend! When I'm at work I'm happy and distracted so I called her in my lunch break. She was so lovely I felt soo bad for thinking she would not understand. She even said "If I was in your shoes I'd think how unfair it is that she got pregnant after 3 months of trying" which was really understanding.
I felt so much better for talking to her and am going to visit her soon for the weekend.

Then my mum told me she'd found out about my friends both being pregnant and she was so sweet and sympathetic, I feel like I have someone else to confide it who won't look bored (I get the impression some people are bored with me now!)

so all in all, a good day. I can face this.......I will cope and .................I will get pregnant one day as well!

Hi, everyone :) How is everyone doing? I am not so great! I have been getting cramps the last two days and although I know that can happen with a bfp, I just don't think that is the case. I hope so, but don't feel very confident any more.

Jessica, I think your test is tomorrow also. How are you doing? Hopefully a lot better than me...pma and baby dust, sweetie!

Hi Everyone! Sorry I've been MIA for so long...work has been keeping me extremely busy these past 2 weeks, which actually worked out perfectly for me. I am hanging in there, and can't believe tomorrow is my test day. It sounds like many of you test at home, but here in the States (or at least my clinic) asks us not to do that. Instead I will go into the Lab tomorrow morning for a blood test and then hear the results sometime in the afternoon. I am really nervous now. Just like all of you, I keep going back and forth on feeling positive and negative. Like my DH says 'Hope for the Best, Expect the Worst'...I know he's worried about me being devastated by a -ve. I have also been having quite a bit of mild cramping, pretty much daily, although not always at the same time of day, and never for too long. No sore boobs...or any other symptoms. I guess there's no point in torturing myself anymore with the 'what-ifs' everytime I feel something, I'll tomorrow! Are you all doing the progesterone injections? I do them nightly, in addition to taking Estradoil pills twice a day. I think the cramping may be caused from the progesterone.

Terri...I've caught up on the thread, and I'm really glad to hear you've taken that step to contact your friend. I know exactly how it feels. Both of my closest friends have 3 children each, and one had her third during the time I've been going through all of this. It is really stressful, but just believe and know in your heart that there is a reason why things are working out the way they are...you will be blessed with a child!!

brs888...as you can see from my update I'm really not doing any better than you, just hanging in there. I will be praying for both of us tonight that we get BFPs tomorrow!!

Hope everyone else is doing okay too.
