I had a cold a couple of weeks ago, my pharmacist told me solbas oil was the savest, she wouldn't recommend and medicines. Ask your pharmacist I'm sure they will advice you.!
What a day! I've been sleeping on and off, and exploding out of both ends. Hopefully that baby is in there deep, because things are really being shook around.
With any luck by tomorrow I'll start to feel better. Stinks not being able to take anything.

Hi Girls
Not feeling too good. Got bad infection from wisdom tooth and my face is very swollen. Can only take paracetamol for pain (I am in agony) and mild antibiotics which don't seem to be having any effect at all. I have been like this since Saturday night with no let up. Hope my little bambino is ok. Does anyone know if infection can reach baby?
Bless you, I'm sure your banbino is fine. Not sure about infection reaching baby but I'm sure it can't, the antibiotics should fight it right off for you. It really is awful isn't it feeling crappy...!
Hope you feel better soon Hun.
Take Care of yourself.

Feeling alot better, thanks everyone.
Antibiotics have kicked in at last. Still can't open jaw too wide so got to eat soft foods, tried eating a burger yesterday, no hope!! Hope you are all ok and ready for christmas. broke up from school yesterday so relaxing today, yipee!!!!
I think with pregnancy you get one loo trouble or the other, you don't really win.
Strep is starting to clear up. However, I've been getting nausea that I've been blaming on the antibiotic, and I'm starting to wonder if its not being sick, but bubs is starting to make his presence known. I actually left work at noon yesterday because all the smells were making me feel ill.
Big J, Caroline, how are you girls?
Chrissy, Lavander, have you made it over here yet?

Oh Sweetie,
That is bub not the anti biotics. Smells were aweful for me. I still have problems once in a while, something will be so icky I dry heave,
not fun.
Get used to it though it may stick around for a while.

I've snuck in next to you - it's a long time to hold your breath isn't it? I'm 6+5 and few symptoms - just mild queasiness now and then - mostly when I'm cooking!
Anyway, absolutely no bleeding - so am just hoping that whatever is there has stuck in a good place and is growing well.
DH is taking me on holiday, boxing day until the 3rd Jan, then we have our first scan on Jan 4th. I probably won't be near a computer when we're away, so I hope you all have restful and uneventful ends to this year, and a Happy New Year!!
lots of love
Caroline

Caroline and Lavender - don't feel bad coming over now - you've every right to be here - I moved over the minute I got a positive result - at the end of the day you are pregnant and deserve to be here. I think it's a really positive move - shows your little embies that you have absolute faith in them and that positive attitiude wil help the weeks ahead anyway. Be pregnant and proud of it and NEVER feel you have to apologise for being here.
Have a wonderful Christmas - and to all other 1st / 2nd / 3rd tri friends,
lots of love and hugs,
Cherylxxx
