Kate
Hi congraulations on your BFP

I don't know the answers to your question sorry - but I just wanted to say you are not alone with your worries. I am very worried about M/C and eptopic

I did just post a question on the other side but like you wondered if that was tempting fate.

Good luck and remember you are not alone in this

Hi Kate - congratulations!
I'm no expert but as far as I'm aware the % don't differ that much from natural conceptions. The reason why it is more widely known after IVF is because testing is so early. You are far more aware of what is going on in your body - during natural conception most people wouldn't even know they were pregnant.
I know it's easier said than done, but please don't worry. Enjoy the next 8.5 months!!!!

Kate, that's fabulous news thank you, we needed some today!

I don't think there's a higher risk of m/c but as Cla, we know about all of them vs. normal pregnancies that assume an oddly-timed bleed is AF.

Best of luck. Did you see there's a thread just for people like you waiting for their first scan. Bit lower down on the General Forum. You can all nibble your nails together!

Again, lovely to see some good news at last :D

from what my doctor told me is no. but we are aware of more mc cause we are watched from the start..

he said that alot of wome have mc and dont even know it.
and alot more women are pregnant with twins and one doesnt make it.

i hoped this helped..
i would tell you not to worry but i dont think that would do much good.
enjoy your BFP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D
