Is Dr. Niaraki still associated with Reproductive Science Center? We finally got our first child on our 4th IVF at RSC, albeit with Dr. Lee rather than Dr. Niaraki. May 4th time be the charm for you, too!
My wife was in her late 30s and we went for 3 IVF cycles hoping for good luck, but without a pregnancy. At that point we were ready to change. However we visited our RE one more time, and she suggested substantial changes to the protocol that were in line with what we thought we needed and what ...
1. We were told to avoid an almost completely different set of foods - nuts, peanuts, and eggs. Our first child was breast fed to almost a year, but started to get solids around 9 months including yobaby simply plain yogurt. Note that many yogurts have added sugar, which you may want to avoid. She ...
Oddly in the US, most IVF is paid in cash by the patient, and clinics compete on both quality and price. While it's obviously nice for the patients to have insurance coverage for IVF, insurance pays only a small fraction of what cash patients are charged, so if all patients were on insurance we'd ...

In our first successful IVF, we originally had two embryos, the smaller measuring around a week behind the larger. I think the smaller made it to a 6 week measurement or so. It then disappeared over the next few weeks. I don't think there was any cramping or bleeding; it just got resorbed. We would ...
