My medical fear use to be not waking up after a general anaesthetic or waking up during it and not been able to tell them I'm awake.

Mind you having 5 GA's over the years with IVF's helped me come to terms with that but all my friends are afraid of the same thing.

I had my twins at 38.5 weeks by C Section. They decided to do it then because they thought I would go to full term and I was so small with an enormous bump.

Best of luck. Twins are great. Mine are 17 months old and fantastic fun.

My two were born October 4th and have slept from about 8 weeks and more consistenly from 12 weeks 8-12 hours. They briefly started waking after 6 hours 2 weeks ago and I weaned them on to rice and fruits and they sleep through again now.

I was worried initially because they also sleep 1 hr early ...

Having twins is such a blessing. My two are great and have been from day one. I would go as far as to say, sometimes easier than some of my friends with one baby.
