Thanks Kathi. It was a slow start. Beta levels were 25 to 54 to 1130 and then off... hence the slow start. My progesterone levels are right where they should be and HCG is in the low end of the range. The Dr. said we'll see on Friday...the nurse who called me with my blood work was less optimistic ...

So I had beta 3 today and an ultrasound... and I really am BFP. Holy cow! My number is over 1100 which is right where it should be and I saw the gestational sac. I really didn't have much hope...I only had 3 eggs, 1 of which fertilized so only one transferred...and it worked. Thanks for the support ...

Each Dr. has their own philosophy on what works/doesn't work. Both Dr's have had success so I'm not sure which is better or worse. I responded equally to both protocols.

The first two cycles I was on estrogen patch and baby aspirin. I changed RE's and had a different protocol for #3. I don't think you're on the patch long enough for a cancer risk. Good luck. Take care, K

Thanks for the responses. It definitely helps to hear some perspectives. Ghost, I'm right in that range...I was a 1 embie, 3 day transfer and tested on day 12...so it's nicer to hear that there's still hope.
