I'm sorry I can't help with your question, but I wanted to say at my 7 week scan I had one 6mm embryo (I had one 4 cell and a 6 cell transferred) no-one told me this was small, I'm now 16w 2d and my little one is doing fine. I hope your second scan brings you good news.

On day 4 after ET I had quite bad pain like stabbing/shooting pains which I now believe may have been implantation (got my BFP today) but everyones different and it could still be the effects of ER, try to keep positive.
