Offering up some hope for you all

I am the luckiest women ever, in 2007 I did my first IVF ICSI (transfered 2 embies) and got a BFP my beautiful daughter is now 20 months old.
After waiting a long time to "get back in the system" (NHS waiting lists) I have just completed my first FET and got another BFP.
A bit about my FET: we only ...

Hi Ladies, I've been ready for #2 for a while but was taken a back by how long the "system" is taking. Since we have 4 embies on ice and we would be self funding I thought I'd just ring up the clinic a couple of months before I wanted to do a cycle and book, boy was I wrong. I rang the clinic in ...

My clinics literature states that IVF will not be done on a women with a BMI over 35. But that's just for NHS treatment, although I suspect it would hold true for private, just because of the risks of obesity in pregnancy and it affecting the chances of success. Are you on any meds for your PCOS? I ...

Maternitywear question

I want to start swimming regularly now the weather is better, but I don't know whether to get a one piece or a tankini, I know it's personal choice but I wanted opinions on what you guys have found more comfortable. Pre-pregnancy I normally wear a two piece but when I showed my husband the costumes ...

I'm sorry I can't help with your question, but I wanted to say at my 7 week scan I had one 6mm embryo (I had one 4 cell and a 6 cell transferred) no-one told me this was small, I'm now 16w 2d and my little one is doing fine. I hope your second scan brings you good news.

On day 4 after ET I had quite bad pain like stabbing/shooting pains which I now believe may have been implantation (got my BFP today) but everyones different and it could still be the effects of ER, try to keep positive.

I know exactly what you mean about feeling blue after ET, I burst into tears after I got out of theatre, cause I was so emotional, then followed two of the worst weeks of my life. I felt sad and abandoned, (daft I know) it's just the nurses were so kind and supportive and I'd had my hand held all ...

Well I just got my BFP this morning and I didn't have any real symptoms and I don't feel pregnant now, I don't think it'll feel real to me till I see it on the scan and hear it's heartbeat. So another one just saying no symptoms doesn't always mean no pregnancy, I also didn't have an implantation ...
