Good luck!

It has been a while since I've been here, something like 17 months and as I read your message, I get a huge wave of empathy for you. I have been there, my DH was terrorised by the thought of giving me an injection, I had 8 eggs at egg retreival on a possibility of 32 follicules. Even my physician ...

It worked...

Hello Boo1,

It worked for me! I have PCOS and did IVM (in vitro maturation) in March 07 and even if 2 eggs were mature and my husband did not have any male factor infertility (in fact, his sperm count/morphology/motility were fantastic) and we did ICSI. I'm now pregnant 37 weeks with a little boy ...

Hello,

I tried to conceive for almost 7 years and become very sad every time someone was getting pregnant around me.
I have PCOS and my partner had low sperm count with teratozoospermia which was then corrected with supplements. We, or more I (since I went alone) tried Clomid alone x 3 then with ...

I would not worry about being oversuppressed... I had 50 follicules when I started my month. It was way too much. none were developping. I had to take some Repronex to thicken my lining and make some of them grow.

At day 17, I still had more than 30 and only one was at 12 mm so they did the ...

Hello Sharon2007

I have PCOS too. I would strongly recommend that you do take the BCP. While on BCP, your lining does not get too thick, your ovaries are taking a rest and you can know in advance when your period will come.

At the reproduction center where I went, they ask that you take a month ...

I have to agree with IVFmomof1 and Sassy: you have tested too early!
Regarding your cramps, it is because of the progesterone. Mine started the day following egg collection (first day of progesterone) and I still have them on and off.
Now for the symptoms part, my breast started to feel really sore ...

Hi,

Same here, lots of cramping... still after the pregnancy test that was positive. It still worries me but the nurse told me that it happens as the uterus stretches and takes its place.

All the best to you,

Hello,

I was diagnosed with PCOS 8 years ago. I am now 32 and, even if my ovaries still look polycystic, my hormones levels are within normal range. Because I had more than 35 follicules on my baseline ultrasound, they recommended that I do IVM (in vitro maturation) instead of IVF because PCO woman ...

Hello,

I did my HPT 15 days after egg collection and it was positive. The following day, it was confirmed by the blood test.

Good luck to you!

Hello,

I was told the same. I got my FET (4) 8 days ago and am crampy since. The nurse told me it is because of the progesterone and that I should not worry about it.
Good luck!

Hello,

From what I understood, a lining (at time of ET) greater than 16 compromises the transfer.

Where are you in the process now?

I asked the same question to my physician and he said that 16 mm is too thick.

Good luck!

Spotting on the day of transfer

Hello everyone,

I got my transfer yesterday afternoon and last night, I got pinkish spotting when I went to bed (10 hours later).

Needless to say that it worries me. Anyone else had that? The clinic did not mention anything about this.
BTW. Transfer was very very painful, much worse than EC. The ...

Hello,

I understand that you are worried. I was told that ovulation occurs when the follicular size reach 23 mm. Obviously, you have not ovulated yet if your follicules were 27 and 30 mm but you are sure soon to. Maybe if they tell you to take the HCG and do the ER less than 24 hours later, you'll ...
