I have been taking Gonal F, Menopur...and then at the end of the cycle for a few days we add in Ganirelix. Then, an HCG Trigger. This time RE is having me do the HCG trigger AND ganirelix. Has anyone heard of this before?

Can someone tell me when implantation typically takes place after a 5 day blast FET?


I had FET on the 5th...I have been cramping like crazy for days. I am now spotting...I feel like AF is knocking at my door.

In a moment of insanity, I POAS...of course it was BFN

I got a BFN in Monday..I have stopped taking PIO shots and estradiol tablets. I have been feeling HORRIBLE. Not just horrible from the BFN. but almost like I am in strange drug withdrawal. I feel almost nonfunctional. Has anyone experienced this?

I am joining you....just got our BFN today for our 1st IVF cycle. I am beyond devastated. Same situation..2 5 day great looking blasts, perfect lining...the whole thing makes me sick.

We have 2 frozen....I am not sure I can handle the mental strain of the whole let down again.

I am feeling like it's pretty much over for us.

Like an idiot I POAS yesterday 5dp5dt...and of course it was negative. Today I did it again, 6 days past transfer = negative.

So now I am totally crazier than I was!!!

I am feeling totally distraught.

I had a 5 day transfer on the 16th.

Beta is on the 27th.

Right now I have NO symptoms...I am trying to stay positive...but it is nearly impossible

5 day after transfer=negative HPT
6 day after transfer=negative HPT

I have been having cramping on & off since the transfer. I feel like I had more symptoms a few days ago...and now they seem less. The test said early detection on the box.

I am going in for transfer tomorrow. I am on pins & needles. They were able to retrieve 12 eggs. 8 were developing well. This will be a 5 day transfer. (FCI, Glenview/Dr. Lifchez)

Did your 1st protocol include lupron?? My 1st cycle was canceled due to only 2 follicles...the lupron way over suppressed me. This cycle I have 13 follicles!!

I am also doing acupuncture, including electro-acupuncture & 1 baby aspirin daily.

I am currently at FCI in Glenview. I will be going in for ER on Saturday it looks like. This is my 2nd cycle. The first cycle was canceled/converted to IUI due to poor response=BFN. I have responded much better on this protocol.
