You can say I have no symptoms at all. I had a mild cramp 5dp3dt, but it only lasted about 1mins. My breasts tender and swollen and stomach bloated but then they are due to progesterone. I had no spotting.

As long you are above 5, you are considered pregnant. Next, we have to make sure the beta will continue to double :D :D
