Stephanie, sorry to hear your results were negative. May I ask if your DH has a problem with his sperm morphology? Is that why your doing ICSI?

Has anyone done IVF w/out ICSI even though their DH sperm strict morphology is low < 5% ? or did half and half ?

Thanks for your replies. Looks like it all depends on experience of the embryologist. My doctor told us that they pick the sperm that appears normal but does not guarantee it will have no abnormalities. I was wondering if anyone knows of a more advance method to truly select the best/healthy one.
