Its good to be back home even though i'm always sad to leave fab Barcelona, i love it there.
The hotel was so nice, weather hot in the sun but getting a bit nippy in the evening and still got 2 embies waiting

Had my doppler scan first thing in the morning bu Dr Rotondo and all was fine. Basically the only thing wrong is blocked tubes so everyone keeps saying it should work----still waiting
Anyway then had acu and took a took my diaxapam tablet before ET so chill me out, worked a treat. Then had a chat with Dr Guix, who told us our 2 fighters had survived the thaw. I asked who was doing the tranfer today, it was the same gorgeous guy as before, Dr Zamora---freeze  ---i was scared the same pain would happen like the last time but D Guix was great and said she didnt want me to feel tense so Dr Fernandez did ET with the gorgeous one standing beside me for support :P Must admit i felt bad saying i didnt want him but he was fine. ET was then a breeze---cant recommend diazipam more highly. I then had more acu and fell asleep, then back to the hotel and slept for 3 hours.

I will try to catch up with all the news soon, going to rest.

Carolyn, Jen and Gill, thanks for all your support and tx over the last few days, keeps me going

Carolyn - Glad you have started your medi.

Love to everyone else

Hi ladies, just a quick one as i'm at work. Well went yesterday for day 21 to start FET, and they think i have a cyst in my left ovary. i have to go back on the first day of my period, if its gone i will get my downreg shot then, so a delay of about a week at the moment. they don't think it's the luteil? from ovulation as its very round and solid not shrivelling up and webby as she called it!! so i'm on a wait and see.

carolyn, welcome to the board. so sorry for your BFN, hopefully they will tweak your second go to give you what you want.

Jen1, welcome home. now take it easy for a few days.

everyone, i am thinking of you all, sticky baby dust.
take care

Jayne - sorry to hear that you may have a cyst. What a nuisance. They can sometimes sort themselves out naturally as they thought that I might have one on my last cycle and it just disappeared. Let's hope that you can get started without too much delay. Hugs

Jen1d - Image

Hope that you are looking after yourseld and your little uns. Hope that you can take it really easy over the next few days and not have to go to work. Cannot believe that you are PUPO - so excited for you babe

Hope that everyone else is having a nice weekend. Sun is shining in London which is nice. Plus AF showed 3 days early for me - which I cannot believe!! Must be my fantastic acupuncture man getting me sorted yet again. I love him!

Enjoy the rest of the weekend girls.

Lots of Love

You've been such a busy bee this week I hope you have manage to chill this weekend.

Jayne- :D Great news about starting tmt again, sorry to hear about the cyst but hopefully it will go all by itself and not delay tmt. I know how you feel about being nervous and excited at the same time, thats how I felt during tmt. I will have everything crossed that this will be your time. I can imagine that Billy was fantastic but if I was going I would get a seat at the back! (to scared of being picked on  )

Hi to everyone else sorry no more personals tonight  , I was late in and Im knackerd!
Still dont know what we are going to do next, IM must not have received the email I sent with the list of questions :x so I will resend tomorrow night so they have it first thing Monday morning. My af wont be to far away now and if we are going to go again with donor embies I dont want to delay if we dont have to, so we need to get answers and we need to decide what we are going to do :? To be honest I just dont know what to do, wheather we can really afford to do another tmt :? and If Im ready to go through it all again so soon :? Oh well I think it bed time for me, starting to get upset again, must be tired!

Take care
Lots of love

 Hi girls

I'm fine, dont feel any different actually. Just waititng and praying but feel strange like, oh i dont know----will this ever work :?:
Chilled out all morning then went to see The Brave One at the cinema, i would never have done that before and usually chill for about 6 days but one trip to the cinema wont hurt---to late now if it does. Am off work until Saturday so am going to stay in and be good. At this stage after so many cycles i just take it easy and let my body dictate. IM say to carry on as normal after resting after ET but i will chill, feel so tired but thats maybe got to do with a hectic weekend. Am eating well, veggies and fruit etc---just think of all the overweight, unfit, unhealthy people who get pregnant, not to mention the druggies and they seem to breeze through 9 months, we do it all correct and we suffer---dont think there is a god up there. Funny but one of the questions in counselling was 'do i talk/ask/plead/pray to anyone to get an answer or a positive. I did in my first couple of cycles--you know 'please god, let this be a bfp' but now i dont do it, just dont think there is a god. Do you guys understand or feel the same? Bet your all leaving this thread, thinking there is a mad woman on the loose  I'm blaming it on my hormones

Pequele - Not long now, hope your ok?

Off to watch Celebrity Wife Swap then to bed to read.

Hope your all ok and thanks for my welcome home messages and cool sparklies.

Love Jen x

Hi Jen! Glad it is all going well! You relax, you deserve it! I am totally with you on wondering how all the, well let's just say I see all the crack heads, toothless wonders, and one celled brains everyday with their 42 kids....why can't I just have 1!!!!!! ARRRGHH

I'm doing ok...nah why should I lie. I'm goin nuts! I analyse EVERY little body function, and it is driving me bonkers! Do my boobs look a little fuller? Is that a normal heaviness/bloaty feeling I just never felt before cuz I wasn't looking??? Am I starving just 2 hrs after I ate a decent meal cuz I'm just a pig? Am I a raging BIIIOOOOTCH today cuz of hormones, or cuz that guy just TOTALLY pissed me off like any other day and my type A personality got the best of me again :D

Hoping just a few days to find out...it will be one helluva AF if my body is trickin me!

Night everyone. Sorry for no other personals, just got off my second 11 hr day and I need ice cream

becky you are such a nutter, love ya to bits cause you make me laugh out loud at your bye bye kisses...<mwah> smacker back to ya ...good luck at sext slimmers tomorrow night...keeep loosing these pounds x x x

to our 2ww'ers Jen and pequele- what or beckster said was so right...keep on with those usual daily activities...Zita west says stay in bed for 3 days (which i did for 1st cycle) but found that so stressful and boring casue all you do is focus on wanting to be preggers x x So jen and pequele much love and baby dust to you and hope the 2ww flies bye x x x

rachele and shantala- oohh rachele you will soon be at 2nd tri!!!!! and Shant you are not far behind...do you have another scan soon or is that it until 22 wks??? Much love preggy ladies hope the 2nd tri is blooming for you x x x

Jayne hi to you hun x x hope the cyst has gone as many of them do but if they don't they can aspireate it at ET...pm AMck for more info she has had it done a few times x x much love and hope not too long now for you x x

sorry to miss so many of you out but i am stuggiling to keep up at the moment. so catch you all soon x x and much love x x a big hi to you all..

I was at a Vigin vie party yesterday ( fab home stuff duvets and throws but mega expensive) and out of the 14 of us there 8 were preggy women .. most all due within 8 wks time. so it was bumps galore and baby talk. i had to sit on the floor cos of lack of room and it wass so hot these women were like hot baked potatoes  lolx x x For a change it was nice to join in the converstaion and some of them couldn't believe i knew so much about pregnancy without having given birth. Told them my sis and i are close and she's had 3   so learned a lot from her   Didn't mentions ivf and it was good to say to them that were are trying to conceive ( which is true just through ivf at IM)..so many said fingers crossed and that ttc for 5 years must seem like at lot..they don't know half the story eh girls !!!! Anyway i actually enjoyed it like being part of another clan for a wee while x x

still no info from IM now at week 5 and a half so bc pill run out friday...must happen before that then eh!!! Hopes and prayers from you guys welcome for me starting patches x x thank you x x x

love jen

Hi

Becky and Jen - Your right and Zita is wrong. All my Dr's here and at IM have said sitting around in bed does not work as the blood needs to be circulating so although i think we need to take it easy, its good to do a bit-----not to much though, need to get pampered by dh

Dont want to be selfish Becky but 4---think i will be thankful for 1 or 2 but i feel we are never going to have success with ivf, dont know why but just feel its not going to work, now or with my frosties

Jen, must have been a bit heart wrenching sitting with so many bumps, good on you.

Ok catch up later

Becky you truly are as mad as a hatter. Thankyou, you've brightened my day.

I rang work this morning and said that occ health had advised me to take the week of due to 'stress'. Not much they could say to that really.
I'm sure there was sun this morning when I woke but its p***ing down now. Was gonna go for a walk too, oh well maybe I'll go for a swim instead then sit in the jacuzzi and chill! :)
Seriously need to destress - went to diy store and snapped at the stupid man collecting trollies (not like me at all - he was really unhelpful tho') then got anoyed cos they didn't have the colour paint I wanted in the size tin I wanted. I live on my own so have no-one to snap at there and the cats are keeping out of the way (lol)
Will stop rambling now, sorry for that
Have agood day everyone

Just rang my GP for an appointment and they've got nothing for 2 weeks! unless its an emergency. So much for time off to relax, this nearly had me in tears. I was hoping to get signed off for the rest of this cycle now I don't know what to do. Do you think the doc at the clinic would sign me off? I never see the doc, just the nurses. Might ask when I go tomorrow.
