Hi all,
My internet collapsed when I moved my office downstairs (it is going to be the babies room). Now I had a chance to post-really miss you all!
Stefanie, I read that fetuses sleep every 20 minutes or so...then they get up and running. Sometimes they get hiper with tons of sugar if we eat refined junk. So, I wouldn't worry about them taking it easy from time to time: is is a good sign, you are not eating too much junk!
SilverAngel, sorry to hera about your heartburn. I got better when I spent a couple of hours at the hospital and didn't feel it as bad. My husband improvised a slanted bed for me at home ( we are sleeping in separate rooms as I wake up 6 times per night and he needs to rest) and it worked for me. I sleep with the head/lungs a bit elevated. And also I don't go to bed before an hour after finishing a meal. No more Mylanta for me!
Much hope, congrats on your triplets! You have older children, like me. That is a very good sign - the uterus is pre-stretched. Are you reading about multiples? Let me know if you want references.
Babyhope, welcome to the triplets sub-group!
JenniferPD HURRAY 28 WEEKS! You've made it!!! Keep us posted!
Carisa, welcome back! Hope things go well with your GC and you are able to enjoy the uncertainties and joys of the delivery!
BabyLoves, this pain in the lateral lower abdomen may be the stretched ligaments saying "we can't take it anymore!". They can. Avoid certain movements, ask for help when you have to bend...and take it easy.
Thanks for the link to bedrest support group - I finally followed doctor's advice and went on a medical leave. I had a scary jump on my blood pressure and decided to be a well-behaved mamma. Now I watch TV, rent many movies from same actor on Netflix (to see how good they are!), listen to books on tape, knit, study statistics online, read (the arms get painful) and solve sudoku puzzles...when I am not sleeping

Any other ideas?
Be well,
Literatriz
