Your definition is not strictly accurate when it says: "Ectopic pregnancy is any pregnancy that occur outside the cavity of the womb." Corneal pregnancies are also a side effect of IVF and are also a type of ectopic pregnancy. However, they are in the cavity of the womb. They are just in the wrong place in the womb.
