Every pregnancy is different. With my twins I had no symptoms till around 7 weeks and with my daughter I had them right away. I would not worry about it at all.

My doctor actually put me on strict bedrest for three days not even a shower!! But it worked for me because I ended up with a bfp and I am currently pregnant with twins, so I am a big believer in the the bedrest. Good luck to you

I got my BFP on a hpt 8dp5dt with the twins I am pregnant with now. And it was a pretty clear positive, I probably would have gotten a faint line if I tested earlier. Good luck to you

I tested 7dp a 5dt so 12dpo and got my postive, it was surprising very a very pink line. I don't know it that was because my HCG levels were high because I am having twins.
