Hi charlie77,
Well, I think the worrying never stops - I constantly worry whether everything it going OK, wether I'm over-doing things or anyhting....
The thing about the due date is really tricky, they reviewed mine already (from 4 Nov to 30th Oct). Basically, they told me that you need to count ET ...

Hello all,
Hope you don't mind me joining you - I'm just about an October girl (EDD 30th Oct.) and think this thread is a good idea!
Great to read that you're all doing well and feeling very very similar to how I do. My waist has expanded beyond all recognition already (think it's because it's ...

Same here - I consulted lots of people, including my GP (who's actually quite good) and the lead pediatrician at the hospital I gave birth. All confirmed that the research re autism was very dodgy and the doctor who ran it was forced to leave the UK, because his practice was not viable here. He now ...

Charlie,
Gosh, every clinic seems to do things so differently!
I have one IVF baby already (16 months now) and am 11wks 6days (very similar to you then) pregnant with No.2.
With the first one I had to take the progesterone for 4 weeks after ET; this time round (same clinic, but they revised their ...

Well, isn't it funny how it's so different for every couple...
We only agreed on ONE name with our first (girl): Lucy (her middle names are those of both DH's and my grandmothers).
Now that we're hopefully having No.2 later in the year we're totally stuck on girls' names and have some boys names in ...

Hi Caz,
I totally sympathise with you! I went through very very similar emotions, being in the same situation. We had IVF to conceive No.1 (lovely DD Lucy) and then tried for 5 or so months to fall pregnant with No.2 (just the trying in vain brought back so many bad memories...somehow it felt having ...

Hi Laura,
Gosh, those stats really do sound good! I thought the chances of m/c would be much higher - are they still valid for someone who'll be 37 soon?
Anyway. they sound encouraging, thanks so much!
Yes, the nausea has also set in for me! And it does seem worse than with DD, but maybe it's a ...

Hi Laura,
Good to hear from you and glad to read that things are going OK - despite the spotting; I have heard that it's not uncommon and lots of 'normal' (as if any of ours are...) pregnancies also experience this. And as long as it didn't go on for ages.
Well, for me the morning sickness and set ...

Debra,
what terribly sad news! Words fail me! I cannot imagine what you're going through! Hope DF, DD and your parents can help you cope with it all so that you can look ahead to what good lies in front of you!
My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Love,

Hi you both,
Laura, congratulations on your wonderful scan news! I'm surprised about your due date - thought you'd be earlier than the 2nd, but what does it matter! Excellent! Aren't we just the luckiest girls?
Debra, might follow you and buy some trousers that fit now and try to fit into them as ...

Hi girls,
Debra, I thought our dates were close too, but I had EC on 8th and ET on 10th Feb, so that probably explains why my EDD is a little later - then again Lucy was 10 days early (although everyone kept saying first borns tend to be late...), so I'm assuming a halloween baby...!
Glad to hear ...

Hi you all,
How is everyone? Lauren, all going OK? Debra, hope having your parents around is proving lots of help - especially as you're hobbling along at the moment (toe any better?).
Well, had my scan today and it showed one lovely sac in the right place with a strong and healthy heartbeat! Phew ...

Hi you two,
Glad to read all is well! Juliana, you sound really relaxed (sorry about the nausea though, and if you DIDN'T have it, we might only worry...)! Send us some chill-waves!
Debra, gosh you don't mess around, do you? Well done on getting some quick answers! Sorry, can't comment on the HCG ...

Hello again on this cold Thursday morning (nothing compared to where you are Debra) - very icy, but at least the sun's shining!
Well done on feeling pregnant, you two! Great stuff!
I'm still only feeling hungry and tired, but not sure whether this is attributable to pgncy....oh well.
So here's a ...

Hi girls,
Gosh, yes, we are quite multi-cultural aren't we - even though I feel a bit pathetic with just being from boring old Germany (got to uphold those prejudices somehow, eh?), ie Europe, no further....!
Well, Debra - so pleased to read of your results! Excellent news! If the clinic are happy ...
