I am in the same boat: My first beta (10 days/3 day transfer) was 85, and the second was 293. I've been driving myself crazy trying to get any sort of confirmation that a jump like that could mean twins. I'm definitely thrilled to be where I'm at, but it's so tough not to let curiosity ...

I had a fairly mild/moderate case after my retrieval -- definitely not fun. They retrieved 19 eggs and I was worried I'd be cancelled, but everything turned out fine. (The whole uncomfortable deal actually turned into a BFP!)

Anyway, I was told to drink lots of Gatorade, which did help. Try not to ...
