I am 29 weeks pregnant with twins (IVF) and feeling the babies kick has been a huge concern for me. I don't feel them as often as I should and yes,end up poking to try and get them to move. When I do feel them, it's usually at night and that's not every night.

Baby Kicking

I am 26 weeks along with twins and I have been concerned that I rarely feel the babies kick. I started to feel light flutters around 22 weeks and that was right after an ultrasound showed they were moving like crazy. At 24weeks I called my Doctor in concern, I was still not feeling anything very ...

Just curious as to what you may need to put in the pack n play (sleeping part) other then maybe a light blanket. It has a built in bumper, not sure what else it may need to give the babies a comfortable night sleep. Any suggestions?

I was on the PIO injection's for 10 weeks. When I asked my OB GYN if that was normally the time frame, he said the placenta takes over at 9 weeks, so 10 weeks is usually the norm. I am now 20 weeks pregnant with twins, so all was fine stopping at that time frame. But I too was worried at the time.

My first beta was 147 and 48 hours later it was 980 and I am 20 weeks pregnant with twins. My Doctor had told me it should be anywhere from 400-700 48 hours later after the first beta reading.

After 7 failed IUI's, I got pregnant on my first IVF using ICSI. My Doctor recommended it due to so many failed attempts using IUI. It was an extra $900.00, which was no big deal since insurance did not cover and we were already 15K into it. We were told it would increase your chances and it did ...

I did get pregnant on my first IVF/ICSI after 7 failed IUI's. Like many others out there, this was all paid cash since insurance does not cover any part of IVF. Going into this, we knew this was our only attempt at IVF and it worked.

I waited 10 weeks (per Dr. orders) before engaging in intercourse with my husband. I was told that following the ER to abstain until further advised. I am 34 and have been a smoker for about 14 years and though I knew the risks of continuing to smoke through out my IVF cycle, I took my chances and had a BFP on the first round. I am ashamed to admit this, but smoked through the entire process. I did quit at the start of my 2 WW and have not smoked ...

I stopped at 10 weeks, no weaning just cold turkey. I was told the placenta took over about 9 weeks and I am now 12 weeks so my Doctor was correct (not that I was not nervous about stopping). Just had the 12 week nuchal scan and thank god, everything looks great.
