The same thing happened to me, but they performed rescue ICSI on my eggs. I had 24 eggs at ER, and after zero fertilization they did ICSI on 17 of them, and 9 fertilized, transferred 2 on day 3. It was a BFN for me, and we will do ICSI right away next time.
