NTT

I have fraternal twins too. They wren't able to give me a trisomy #, but my down's numbers were similar. They are good numbers, esp if you look at odds based on age, health conditions, etc.

The NTT reading can really vary by who is measuring-within a few millimeters. Every sonographer can measure ...

I think at like 14 weeks its fully attached and ready to function and the baby relies on it for everything and no longer the yolk sac.

high beta

it really doesn't mean anything if its a high beta #. I had a high beta with last pregnancies and not so high with this one, which I have twins. Its not been proven.

Congrats on BFP!

bleeding

i am 29 weeks on bedrest carrying twins. I started bleeding at 9 weeks horribly and it was on/off until 14 weeks. It was a subchorionic bleed. Bleeding is apparantly very normal with twin pregnancies, as I learned from my research.

I am sorry B isn't growing and that you may loose him. It is never ...

fet

hi

we had a dfferent situation, but still successful after FET. WE did an IVF several yrs ago with a BFN. We then adopted our daughter. Then, last Spring, we decided to try again an IVF cycle, using fresh eggs, but I hyperstim'd and Dr didn't want to transfer. So, we froze what was retrieved, and ...

bedrest

i have never heard of this before. In fact, I am on bedrest at 26 1/2 weeks on recommendation from perinatologists, but this isn't standard for them. Did they say you are at risk for pre-term labor?

I know about 10 other friends and family members who carried twins (some IVF, most natural twins ...

shortened cervix/bed rest at 27 weeks

HI!

Anyone else out there been told they have a short cervix (not dialating) and now on bedrest? I went in for a cervical lengthening and its shrunk to 1cm (should be over 2.5cm). Now I am on bedrest the rest of the pregnancy.

Any successful outcomes of carrying to term (i have twins).

TIA

best of luck to you!

Fluid in Kidneys?

TIA!

Doc response

No, the Doc said worst, worst case and best case. Could be something or nothing. Was looking more for other's experiences and their outcomes on what could happen.

Fraternal twins-not same size??

hi!

Just got back from my 20 week u/s and i have twins (fraternal). ONe mesured 12 oz and the other measured 9 1/2 oz. The palcenta on the smaller baby is measuring smaller too.

They can't see any obvious genetic problem or physiological problem on smaller baby, so worst case is something is very ...
