If possible take the week off of transfer if not do not stress out. I drank plenty of water. I think the one thing that helped a lot was the Accupuncturist really. It brings extra blood to the Uterus it doesn't hurt either good luck (sorry about the spelling errors) no spell check on here hahaha

Wednesday-I would rather be safe then sorry. I have a friend that has 4 children & bowled the entire time. If ya Dr. says its ok then it should be but if your gut is telling otherwise I would listen to you gut. Good luck to you
