Consent forms

It is essential that both the donor and recipient's couple consent in writing to the procedure before starting treatment. In the UK, under the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act, all donors must give 'informed consent' to the use and storage of their eggs, and of the embryos produced using their eggs before any treatment begins.
